I ordered items as Christmas gifts so, of course, I was nervous that they would arrive on time. The Customer Service Dept. assured me they would arrive on time and they did.
Needed to delay shipping the tree, and they responded quickly. Tree (olive) arrived in excellent condition. Excellent packaging. Recommend.

This company has great stuff and quality plants however, I have given them many referrals and other customers and I still haven't received a single discount besides what they give AFTER you purchase a plant (and it's only valid for an impractical amount of time) I've spent (at this point) over 1000$ on fruit trees, berries and bamboo in less then 6 months and I haven't received any incentive (advertised or not)
Come spring, when my papaya tree arrives (after being canceled due to poor quality, or not meeting their standards) I may consider another nursery.
Again; quality plants but don't buy into their rewards or referral program as it has cost me money.

Tree size was as advertised. Shipping was fast but done very well. Tree were and are in excellent condition and health.
I ordered two Ninebark shrubs. One was successful. The other may be dead. I'm going to give it until spring and assess the plant then and see if it flushes out. It was an insanely dry summer and I tried to stay on top of watering. Time will tell if I'm successful. I believe fast growing trees could do a better job prepping the plants to retain moisture during shipping. Especially with the unreliable shipping times as of late.

The plants arrived in good condition and were well-packaged. I was concerned due to shipping in cold weather, but not an issue. So far, I am very pleased with FastGrowingTrees.com. Time will tell if the plants grow and produce fruit as advertised.
Shipping was fast, and I was happy to see the tree was bigger than I feared, as this will be our Christmas tree, before planting in the spring. I added two local dwarf alberta spruce, to create the Christmas Forest, rather than the traditional single tree.
