I purchased several trees from fastgrowingtrees.com. There were issues with a few of them. I contacted fastgrowing trees.com and spoke to Patricia Taylor. Frankly, as a busy person who takes care of an elderly disabled person and 4 Dogs, I just (usually) do not have the time to deal with these issues. BEFORE talking to Patricia Taylor about the issues, I had decided to resolve the issue and move on. However, Patricia resolved the issue with the tree that arrived today and went WAY out of her way to make me happy and I assured her that I would buy again in the future from fastgrowingtrees.com. Patricia REVERSED a bad situation and retained the customer. I did not know how to leave a review for this website, so I called back and spoke to another very nice person, Larna, who told me she would make sure Patricia's supervisor knew just how wonderful Patricia is. I appreciated Larna's conscientiousness and equally kind demeanor regarding helping make sure Patricia received the recognition that Patricia DESERVES. Patricia and Fastgrowingtrees.com REALLY care about their customers
I entered in a code for 15% off, got the discount, and then my order updated and suddenly I don't have free shipping. Then they reached out and fixed it. Honestly, that was pretty amazing of them.
I didn't initially receive my 10% first order discount. After contacting FastGrowing Trees, they reimbursed my payment method right away. Thanks! For your fast response!
Not only are these anything but "fast-growing", every single one of our smaller trees died within six months and now, a year and a half later the Thuja Green Giant trees are on the verge of death as well. This is even after watering every day as directed, as well as fashioning sun sails over the trees in order to block the hot afternoon sun.
These trees are being falsely advertised as capable of surviving in North Texas; they CAN'T and they DIDN'T. This purchase was an enormous waste of money, time, effort and resources.
There was some confusion about affirmative g a coupon then it auto applied higher shipping. The charge was credited and the issue was explained to me. I appreciate that!
I ordered a Cherokee Brave Dogwood for my space. It came all the way to Montana from North Carolina, and FedEx did a great job getting her here in great shape. I can't wait to see if she blooms in the Spring! I named her Nava, Which means beautiful in several different languages.
THE WORST NURSERY EVER!. THEY COLLECT PRETTY EASY, BUT TO HELP AND REPLACE A PLANT OR TREE, OF COURSE NEVERRRRR! THEY ARE KIND OF FACTORY!. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THEM. ORDERED SOME PLANTS AND DIED ONE WEEK LATER. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!. LESS THAN ONE STAR!.
We have reached out privately to see what's going on!
I order the Degroot's Spire Thuja Arborvitae Trees
Over priced! Big surprise when I received the FedEx Delivery, to small and to skinny.
$119.95 each.
Definitely not what you see in the website. Ridiculous Expensive.
$119.95 is okay when meets expectations.
I expect to see a pallet with 9 trees 24"to 36" tall at least 8"wide and supper green, stead I receive two boxes with 9 Baby trees inside, skinny 24" tall and 3 " wide. For 119.95 each, 9 packs of fertilizers 4.95 each plus 1 year warranty $117.95 and 10%discount.
And ones the order is placed customer loses 30% if cancel and no returns.
Due to back injury I decided to place an online order.
Compare to the Degroots Spire Thunja Arborvitae I purchase in a local nursery in September 2020 that I rented a UHAUL trailer to transport it the trees.
Makes me feel very disappointed with this purchase.
Arrived July 23, looked shocked as soon as it was put in the dirt. Contacted company with pictures (July 26)and was told to scrape the tree and monitor so long as trunk had some green it would be ok. Now no green, sent more dead pictures and requested refund only to be told no refund after 30 days! What kind of scam is this?!
Everything went great until I went to order the starter packets & enter a 10% discount code that was emailed to me. Said the packets start at $3.95, but actually were $7.95. Quite a difference. Also, would not accept discount code.
UPDATE: customer service contacted me and took care of everything. Thank you so much!
Told free shipping for amount ordered only to be charged $19.95 for shipping.?
Bought 5 trees from this company. All arived after a few weeks in bad shape. One of them died imediatly but they would not stand by their policy to help replace it. Stay away from this business.
When paying with Apple Pay, there should be an option to use a coupon prior to keying in Apple Pay. I was attempting to use a coupon for 10% off. Site owners were kind enough to correct it. Also I think both my plants came with leaf/fruit spots, hopefully some treatment will fix them up.
I got a follow-up email from fastgrowingtrees.com when I had lodged a complaint about the discounts, the company has since decided to credit my account with the applicable discounts. Moreover, I had a situation whereby the plants I had ordered arrived broken and wilted, the company is sending me replacements free of charge with a smile and a very professional attitude!
I've ordered 3 trees so far and all of them are doing great!
I purchased 3 bushes that came diseased. They reshipped them and 3 more came diseased! They knew they shipped them diseased, had to notice all the holes in the leaves! They shipped me their headache and they knew it. Now I have to dispose of six large bushes when no one will accept them!
I ordered a few trees from them before and decided to order some boxwoods and a few Zeylanica Snake plants. There was a three pack combo of the snake plants so I got it. (or so I thought) In the fine print detail, it indicates that you get three different snake plants when you order the combo, although the header says Zeylanica, although the picture is of a Zeylanica, although when I called, I had to direct the customer service rep to where the fine print details were. The most they offered me was a 15% discount on what I ordered. They just loss a customer but the CSR did not appear to care much about that. My order was $600
We are so sorry for your experience! We have since reached out and were able to provide the plants that you were expecting when you ordered. We'll reach out once again and make sure everything received is doing well!
Big full plants! My shipment was delayed (FedEx's fault) and the poor plants had to wait extra days to be opened. I was surprised that most of them still looked great. One one didn't survive the trip, and Fast Growing Trees made it right. One of the few places I can trust to order online.
I ordered about $1100 worth of plants and trees and 14 months later almost everything died. I did have a warranty on everything but that was also a waste. I kept being told to give them more time and of course, winter came. Just as I suspected, most of the items did not come back this year. It was too late to take advantage of the warranty. How convenient. One tree never sprouted at all and I did redeem a credit. Unfortunately, it expired before I could use it.
I was very disappointed to see many of the items I ordered at our local nursery this year. Most of them at a fraction of the cost! I wasted so much money and am very disappointed. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
We're so sorry to hear this! We're reaching out privately!
My local trees all survived. 2out of 9 of there trees survived. Would not take back do to it being 16month old they died about 7months into it. Was asking for a discount but would only do 15%. For losing just about all my trees form them I figured a bigger discount but not worth it for 15% when you can go local. Just odd that all my local trees are alive got at the same time.
We're so sorry that your trees haven't done well! We've reached out privately to see how we can help!
