The size and health of the North Star Cherry Trees I ordered was beyond what I could've even expected! You have a new customer for life!

Over the past 3 yrs., I've bought a dogwood, a 4in1 apple and a 4in1 pit tree and they are all alive and growing. I look forward to the same with these boxwoods.

The trees we have ordered are beautiful. The customer service folks are very helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure we were getting the right trees for our area and desires.

So far so good. Looks like nice trees and shrubs, and excited to have them arrive.

Easy to find items and fast and efficient check out.

When trying to add the fertilizer it took a long time to add, it was confusing.

Good enjoyed all notes regarding various plants and how people have experienced their purchases

Some of customer service people help a lot with issues and some not. Overal the company is ok but the shipping service wishes some improvement

Website says tree ships in 1-2 business days, but it has now been 4 business days and I haven't been notified that my tree has been shipped. The order status still reflects "unfulfilled."

Update: Customer service reached out to me to let me know that the tree they were going to send me did not meet their quality standards so they waited for fresh inventory to arrive before shipping my order. While this was awesome of them, I would've liked to have known that, as well as an ETA, but at least they did resolve my problem. Can't wait to see how it looks when it shows up.

I purchased a few dozen boxwood shrubs a few years ago. They came well-packaged, and were so easy to install. I didn't have to go to the nursery, pick through to find the best ones, load them all into a truck and transport them home. Nope. All I had to do was place my order and they arrived ready to go. They were all healthy, high quality shrubs just like ones I would have hand selected. The delivery guy is the one who did most of the work. I just walked out the door and unpacked them! Fast forward to today...they are all healthy, beautiful and flourishing! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service…. Minor issue with the ordering process, however they quickly and happily corrected the issue without having to jump through hoops. Super appreciate when a company does "the right thing". Will order again from them.

I do not recommend this company if you have other options. They overcharge and underdeliver in a very big way! I was hoping for integrity and now, upon reflection understand there is actually no such thing as ALL 5 star reviews for any business ---meaning they have eliminated everything else. The tree I received was a full 2 ft smaller than what I paid for and in terrible condition. I don't know if it was that mangled before or during the boxing up process, but either way --Although they gave me a partial refund stating that it was the most they could do, they completely misrepresented the product, are not to be trusted and I will never order from this company again!

I have two issues the size of the plant doesn't match of what I paid for I paid for 1 to 2 feet what I got is tiny stem with one branch on the side totally, extremely disappointed

I ordered a Southern Magnolia, attempted to change the shipping address, and yet after speaking to customer service, I never received my order.

We purchased ten a few months ago. When I opened the box, the plants were scattered about. At least one came out of its packaging. One died within two weeks of planting. They made me purchase an additional warranty to cover their poor packaging practices. I did get another tree though.
Now three more look like they are half dead. Six inches tall, none of these trees are growing. This company hides under a bogus cloak where they claim this is a normal process. They write you asking you to scratch an inch off the bark and check. I should have bought bigger trees locally instead of buying tiny unhealthy ones online.
