It has been just under twenty years later that I ordered my first tree from this company. The first.
One was a royal empress in 2006 And it has Is grown to nearly one hundred feet tall. I have just ordered my second one and it is doing beyond perfect. I tried to grow my own from saplings, but it just did not work and nor did they start with the look.That these trees come with almost as if they are shrunken trees right from the start. The gentleman even made a personal phone call to me to follow up on how the tree was doing which is completely unheard of. The tree came so perfectly boxed and protected and arrived beyond alive right to my door. I highly doubt you could order from any local nursery entop.The quality and health of the trees that are gonna come your way from this company. I am not sure what their secret is but perhaps every tree nursery in america would do well to find out!

I've placed multiple orders and I have been very happy with all of the products I've received. Everything is packaged well too. Unfortunately the delivery drivers are a little rough though and a few plants were a little messy, but not bad at all. I buy the smaller sized items because of price (I buy a lot) and it's funny to see how small they really are. There's plenty of information on each plant too which is quite helpful to a beginner like me.

My poor kiwi tree arrived very dried out the leaves were already dead and in a damaged stated. I don't believe that any of the damage occurred during shipping. I'm confident that this tree was in this condition prior to being shipped to me.

Once it arrived I did everything I could to bring it back alive yet after 48-72hrs later nothing worked. I'm very heartbroken because I was looking forward to adding the kiwi tree to my organic fruit and vegetable community garden in honor of my 96 year old Dad who just recently passed away in April. All his life he gave to others less fortunate, although he didn't have that much himself. He was quite the humanitarian and I am very proud to have had him as my Dad for 63 years of my life.

I have purchased 10 trees so far (8 American sycamores and 2 American red maples). They arrived in great condition. So far all of the sycamores have been planted and are thriving like crazy (new growth every day). The maples haven't been planted yet but will be in a couple of days and they still look great (I give them a little drink now and then :o) ). I am sure they will thrive also. I will be ordering more as I have a about an acre I want to fill in.

I purchased 2 lime trees at 3 to 4 ft tall, one had brown spots all over leaves and eventually whole tree died, the other had spots but minimal so I treated with captain jacks copper fungicide and has stopped spread so far, leaves were dropping off with bare touch so I called fast-growing trees and they sent a replacement for tree that was dead and this one had the spots also but I'm staying on the tree with the copper fungicide to eliminate the fungus. I was told it was an iron deficiency but that is not the case because I have supplied iron and manganese to the soil. Plus why would a tree come in with an iron deficiency? Shipping was pretty quick though and well packaged.

I ordered 20 trees to plant along my property line. Price couldn't be beat, and the trees (1-2 feet) arrived very carefully packaged. I purchased the warranty, and one of our trees did not make it through the winter. I called, and Bill couldn't have been more helpful. I sent a couple of pictures, and a new tree was delivered within a week. Excellent experience! And Bill, thank you for supporting the Daily Wire!

I would definitely use this company again. When I had trouble they just mailed me more trees.

I saw the grapevines on the website that had been growing at the family home and I wanted to be able to grow them myself. I live 3k miles away from the family home and really missed those particular grapes.

I believe my avocado tree arrived with mold. All the leaves had black around the edges and shortly after we unboxed it they fell off. There are just a few little leaves left. I contacted the company and they said to go ahead and plant it and to maybe spray it with some mold spray. And that was that. So that's what we did. We planted it in a nice sunny spot and right now it's just branches. No leaves. We are hoping it recovers since we paid someone to have it planted. This was a father's day gift for my husband and I basically gave him the gift of worry. Lol He's not confident the tree will thrive since it has dark spots on the branches, too.

We have ordered from Fast Growing Trees a number of times, and seem to have hit a rash of trees that die as soon as they arrive. I don't know if it's travel stress (many have had disturbed root balls in transit) or what, some arrive looking fine and immediately take a turn for the worse, some arrive looking stressed and never recover. Several have had broken tops, another shipping issue. Regardless, our fall order had almost 100% mortality, and our spring order looks like it may come in close to that, though we have several that are clinging on. FYI, all of our trees are on a drip irrigation system.

While stressed and dying trees is a massive frustration, I will commend Fast Growing Trees for their customer service and making things right. I hope this continues, as it looks like we may need to rely on this customer service again after the most recent order if the trees don't recover.

I have placed two orders and received partial fulfillment on both. No communication has been shared w me as to when it even if the back order will be fulfilled, but my credit card was charged full amount.

Ordered a tree that was too big for the boxes they had, they just broke the top two feet off to fit it in the box. They then used my warranty to send me a smaller tree to fit the box then never refunded the difference until I initiated a charge back with my credit card. Used to love this site but must have finally won that race to the bottom because it's a clown show now. Will have to seriously reconsider before ever ordering again.
