Our trees had dropped leaves after being in the mail for a week so I was concerned about their survival. This past week we have had temperatures above 100F and trees are in full sun from 4am-9pm. I mulched the base of the trees and made sure they had enough water. So far they are putting ion new leaves. We have another week at least of this weather and I'm hoping they will continue to do well.

I have had great experience purchasing my plants. They have all been packaged very well to make sure my plants arrive with the less damage possible. The plants have also been guaranteed to last. Got a damaged box and tree as a gift and Fast Growing Trees replaced it immediately. When trees arrive, they look frail but soon begin to thrive.

Purchased five plants. Two arrived dead. Received replacement for one and chose not to replace second based upon experience. Two living plants are doing ok but have yet to start thriving. They are watered and fertilized as required. One has yet to arrive after months of delay. I don't think I live in an area where it makes sense to buy plants online. Shipping is too hard on the plants. I will not be ordering plants online again.

Lovely product, good price, easy service and quick response

I purchased 8 sugar and spice and 6 moonglow junipers. Fast shipping and great price point. So far all 14 are still alive and seem to thrive except one moonglow that we are working hard on.

Nursing a distressed tree. Put it in a controllable pot when I opened the box. Ph, soil density, water and feed schedule met. At unboxing, It was dry and leaves were brown. Leaves have fallen off and tree is turning from green to brown. It's on life support now. Should have called customer service but wanted to get this tree healthy...

I bought this fig tree because my neighbor got one but hers is blooming and mine is dying not sure why I'm following all the directions

The three beautyberry bushes were poorly packed in a single box. The soil was dried out and much of it was not with the root ball. I planted the three bushes per instructions and they barely survived. I am very disappointed in the quality of the plants.

Underwhelmed overall. Ordered three trees. Could tell they were though the ringer from shipping. Some dried up leaves upon arrival but not totally unexpected.

Ginkgo had virtually no roots. Essentially a leafed-out bare root plant shoved in some media.

Sycamore has a significant curve to it which will eventually be a weak point.

River birch was basically a shrug with no defined leaders, and about 6 weak, non-directional stems all at wild, flat angles. Hopefully will correct themselves once pruned to three.

Let me be the first to share why I gave a 4 star rating. The reason is the pricing who can I understand completely that shipping is expensive but some of the items are quite pricey. Yes I have have had some bad luck with certain plants but some that I have gifted to family members has knocked their expectations out of the park. The online plant support has been awesome as well. I have spent a lot of money for both my yard and surprise plants for ky mom who loves the lavender so much that even my aunt has been trying to find some that has really made a showcase.

These arrived quickly and were packaged well. I ordered two pear trees that were full of green leaves and survived the transplant well.

I contacted Fast Growing trees and they gave me a answer that just didn't match the description of the plant overall problem
