I've ordered clover 25 plants from this company, from quart sized lavendar to 3 ft tall lobster claw trees, banana trees, etc and each one has just been great. Sure, they do take a bit of beating during shipping but nothing some timing and TLC won't solve once planted. All of mine are in planters so I can't say anything regarding how they do in ground but I'm sure it would be just as good. Also, one of my lavendars did die (not sure why, the other 3 are thriving) and they replaced it quickly with their 1 yr live warranty. I do a lot of reading up before I pick my plant tho to make sure I can make a good environment for it once I get it and the planting and care info on each plant on the website is really useful. Just make sure you get a plant for your growing zone (or make sure it's doable as an indoor potted plant). I've run out of space to get more but wish I could! BTW, I only had 3 plants before. I feel like this site has made me into a full time gardener and I love it!

I ordered blueberry and raspberry bushes. The latter was part of a BOGO and one of them arrived looking like it was fighting for its life. I reached out to customer care and they replaced it, no problem. I will definitely buy again as it was hassle free and the plants have a warranty. So far so good.

Followed instructions to the letter. Plants are 80% brown, 3.5 weeks in. Plants look entirely different from those in beautiful site photos. Couldn't be more disappointed.

The shippers could read the box when opened it was a mess plus it took more than 4 days in a hot box too expensive would not spend as much again now they have a huge discount on trees and shrubs I am still due a tree that should be discounted

I began ordering from FGT about 4 yrs ago. This summer, 2024, I've ordered 3x. A pink dogwood which had some scorching and was a bit dry. Fed Ex sucks for delivering live things. Everything else, blue towering spruces, fire bushes, autum fire bush were great. A Miss Kim Lylac was a little scorched coming out of the box. All in all, I find FGT to be a good outfit with good customer service to actually speak with by phone. No AI here do far! I give 4 stars because we all have room for improvement always.

We live in the high desert and I've specifically purchased plants for the zone I'm in, but so far none of the plants I've purchased from this site have survived. The plants from the first set of orders I placed looked very healthy when they arrived. But unfortunately, none of those plants made. The most recent plants that I've received have all looked terrible, I recently purchased some feather grass and they all arrived browned and dry, I'm hoping to be able to salvage them.

First one arrived damaged due to heat and shipping, replaced it immediately with a new one

In the past they honored the 1 year guarantee for easy replacement but now they only want to do a credit or I have to pay shipping again for 7-8 trees that completely died within 2-3 months. Asked to escalate to manager and they won't respond. I've spent $6000 in trees and plants with them and they won't incur shipping to honor their guarantee. I won't be buying again.

The wisteria arrived in excellent bare root condition with plenty of foliage.
It took root right away and is very healthy as a newly planted tree-vine.
I eagerly await its first bloom.

I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees three times and have been tremendously satisfied every time. Awesome customer service!

They are quick to reply to my questions and replaced a tree that did not do well after shipment with only a few pictures and emails

I had a very frustrating experience with FedEx where despite the tree being shipped out in a very timely manner, they held it in a warehouse in my city for 5 days due to a series of bizarre events. That said, fast growing trees did everything very well on their end and had such good packing that I think the tree is going to be okay. (It's definitely stressed right now so time will tell.)

I ordered 13 evergreens in April, they were great. We've had a strange summer so in July 3 were not thriving like the others. I emailed, sent a couple pics, and received 3 new trees in a couple days! They are all doing great now, and the weather is more normal too. Easy company to work with.

Tree arrived healthy. The root ball had minimal roots. And fell apart coming out of the pot. The tree was described as red Japanese maple spring, summer fall. The leaves are green. Not what I thought I was purchasing. Description is miss-leading. I'll have to try and buy another from somewhere else.

Daisies were packed in with roses, arrived in very rough shape… after acclimating then planting, 2 of the daisies are gone, a third one is on life support; 2 of the 3 Taylor junipers have lost the leader branch already. The roses seem to be doing fine so far. Not super impressed with my first experience. I will wait for fall to contact CS for warranty service

We are very pleased with our lime tree. I was worried about the delivery window because we were going on vacation and I wanted to place the order but have it delivered two weeks later. I called customer service and they were very accommodating. The order was taken but the delivery of the tree was in my 3 day time frame the week I had requested.
The tree arrived very healthy and happy. We unboxed it right away and planted in a planter so we can keep on our back patio. Very excited to start seeing some blooms and eventually our own limes!

I've tried using fast growing trees several times and every tree is not very good looking when they arrive. I have not had good luck with them surviving. I have had much better luck with the trees from home depot or lowes. They look better and have thrived.

After one month, they are already taking off and will definitely have lots of berries next year!

I was a little nervous about first about how plants would travel and survive. They were well cared for and survived better than some I have bought in the big box stores. The support system for questions is obviously beyond by leaps and bounds that of the big box stores.
