The company sent me my order - the transportation took longer than normal and my tree arrived with 2/3 of its leaves scattered in the box. It arrived upside down. J believe it was of no fault of Fast Gtoeing Trees but rather the shipping company. The shrub was nicely formed but appeared beyond my help. I called to talk about it and showed pictures. The company agreed with me and replaced the shrub. They were great. The new shrub, as are the items I had previously purchased in the past, are all doing super. Love this company.
Bought 3 5-6ft Golden Delicious trees. Planted both the same day using the same stuff and process. 1 lived and 1 died. Not sure why? Both trees looked great when we took them out of the box.
Watered them every day. Even tried Miracle Grow, but still one bit the dust.
Extremely poor service. My order still has not been shipped.
First and only order. Two trees arrived dead so they got replaced and then finally my banana tree arrived and it's dead after a week or so. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
Tree was delivered with damage, but customer service responded with a new tree. Very happy with all the service. Thank you so much.
I love the bushes I selected, they look great against my new white fence. The delivery time was great & they are so carefully packaged. Will be ordering again, very happy

Followed planting guide and tree died within a week. Waste of money
I live in Florida and fast growing trees were having a sale BOGO but the Citrus tree fell into that category BUT NOT FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS! Why? They had a 4' tree on sale but the tree for Florida residents was only 2', again, WHY! Now have 2-3 years added on!
We planted the tree and the tree died. I don't think it even lasted a month.
Satisfied that it arrived accordingly to the date of delivery. Just sad that when my tree arrived, all the leaves were falling off. So I transplanted it and followed the instructions inserted with the package. I'm hoping and praying that my tree will thrive and give fruits in the future. Right now, the tree is like a bare root. Thanks for keeping in touch.

I've had 3 orders from them. One shrub was dead within a week but I just dug it up,
Plants were dry and dieing. I was told it was the shock from shipping they would come back.
We received and thy were beautiful. We planted the next day and a week later the fronds started turning brown. They appear to be coming out of the shock but do i cut the brown fronds off or let them fall naturally?
I received my two Hybrid Poplar trees and they were in great condition. They were packaged very well and within two days of transplanting have responded well. They are actively growing. The purchasing process was super easy and informative. Very happy with my experience.

I was skeptical about shipping plants at first, but after getting my first few plants I realized that even if a tree or bush doesn't survive the trip, the company is quick to make it right. I've had a couple trees break in the shipping process and fast growing trees always replaces them no question.
