I a concerned about the time of year I planted this crepe myrtle. It is not looking really good
Two broken branches on gingko when delivered. Planted tree right away, but appears to be dying. Water regularly and planted right away.
IT WAS AWFUL! THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG TWICE! THEY SENT ME A TINY 0LANT THAT CIST ME 126 BUCKS! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! ALL MY PLANTS DIED! THEY LUE WHEN THEY SAY THERES A WARRANTY! THEY PUT YOU THROUGH THE RINGGER FOR THAT ASWELL! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A RIP OFF!
The box was flattened, full of mulch, and the plants were desiccated. I have them sitting in partial sun on screened porch, have clipped off most of the dead bits, keeping the plants soil moist, and hoping for the best. However, I feel they are beyond revival.
I received a sickly looking redbud and reached out to customer service about my concerns. I had a brief conversation with a woman who was nice, but did not have any ability to answer my questions. She said someone more qualified to assess what was going on with my tree would reach out to me after the weekend. I never received that follow up but I certainly still have that sickly looking tree.
My order had a delay because of a hurricane. During that pause, I realized that the 6 trees I ordered were not in my growing zone and I needed to can them. By the time I made the phone call, the order had already processed. She gave me a refund and said she would fwork at putting a halt to the order. My account as refunded. Thank you, and again I apologize for the mix up!
The tree arrived as described during the ordering process! No issues just a great shopping experience dealing with a company that truly loves what they do!
I plan on buying more trees and flowers from Fast Growing Trees!

Received and open the box tree looking good plants and wait till next year see how the tree grow.
I bought a couple peach trees, but they arrived in less than satisfactory condition (many broken branches, plus main stem broken). Planted them anyway. One did well, the other struggled. FGT offered replacements, so I just asked for 1 to replace the struggling tree. It arrived promptly. Thanks FGT. I ordered a plum tree a week or so after and it was in excellent condition. They all seem to be doing well since planting, aside from the struggler. Hoping for the best.
Received the wrong order the first time but I just called and received my trees a few days later. They were great!
All positive buying and speaking with the rep. The only downside, the tree was a bereavement gift and I expected that my nice note would be in a separate nice piece of stationary. Not to be. It was typed on the receipt that my cousin totally missed. I had to point it ti her.
Came in a timely manner starting budding new leaves within a few days so far very happy will knock better once a year passes
The tree i ordered is thriving. I will definitely use this nursery again

Fast shipping, tree came in good shape. Leaves are green and 1 small branch broken. Hopefully it will grow well. I will review again in a year when it has grown some.
I purchased an American hazelnut tree. When it arrived the leaves edges were curled, brown and drooping. The leaves were also yellow with brown spots on them. I hope she pulls through. I used root rocket. Maybe that will help. I ordered at least 30 different trees and berry plants from Fast Growing Tree's over the past ten years. I had only one tree not survive in the past. That's a good record. I hope it stays that way.
My plants is not grow so I am not satisfied with you guys so sorry for that please don't send me a email i am no gone buy any more thank for all.
From an email address offering BOGO at reduced prices I ordered 2 shrubs expecting to receive 4 (2 of each). To my surprise only 1 of each arrived and I was charged full price. I had to contact customer service three times, having arguments each time, after being told I read the ad wrong. I was finally shipped the extra 2 plants but never received the discount price advertised. I planted all plants immediately upon arrival in accordance with the instructions. Three of the 4 plants are dead after being cared for as directed.
I am not happy with my purchase. I had to throw the bushes in the trash.
The tree arrived healthy and packed very well. I plan on ordering another one. I have several in my yard.
