Ordered the fat albert colorado blue spruce. What I received does not look like another I previously purchased from a different vendor. The color is way, way off. I contacted fastgrowing trees via their customer chat and email. Received response stating the fat albert spruce is greener that regular blue spruce. Interesting, response because the pitcher on their website, and the one I received from another vendor, look like blue spruces.
I emailed you and never got an answer back. The trees were all smashed from rolling over each other. One tree was secured in box. The other was not at all the leaves on the one tree were all in the box. None on the trees at all the bags you put around the trees, all thedirt was in the bag and not in the pots terrible shipping
I was shocked how well the tree was shipped. So far all is Great!
Broke my heart to have our 11 year old Redbud tree cut down due to 1) poor planting, 2) center dying. A neighbor has another variety. We purchased the Flame Thrower Redbud on 7/23 as a replacement a complete of months later. He's doing great! Never planted a tree tree. So, this was an exciting and anxious endeavor. It weathered the winter and is, ka-POW, beautiful, full and healthy.
When I ordered my Purple Heuchera 8/24 I knew from past experience that I was conducting business with a reputable group…….
Yeah…. Not so fast. My plants were all but dead. They're gone in spite of my efforts. Our gardening is an investment in nature, our property and something we can still do together (with the grans doing the hard work of planting 😘).
On 8/15 I received response of apology (pix had been sent) and I informed another order *******386, was going to be sent.
8/25... "Still waiting" requested refund.
8/27… "Status AGAIN?"
Resp: sorry, inventory issue. Will be sent out next week…….
9/1: sigh…. Waiting.
8/22 sent a "where are we in thus" email
The trees came weeks later than expected. They were in ok condition but were probably in a box for weeks. The leaves were wilted and mostly gone. It may have just been a shipping problem but I'm hoping with the trees boxed up for so long, they still survive. They are planted and we'll see.
All plants are growing/flourishing very well. Neighbors are impressed.
My last 2 orders including the replacement order have arrived broken and several have been all dried up and ended up dying. Not properly boxed to prevent them from moving around during shipping.
These guys know what's up! Great trees with incredible customer service.
Nicely packaged and easy to plant. Good instruction and guidance.
I was really surprised to open the box and find two banana trees with brown, totally shredded leaves, and one tree not really in the dirt in its pot. I am hopeful these trees will survive to keep my other banana tree company, but at the moment, I'm skeptical.
Boxes were damaged! Missing product! Delivery was late by 3-4 days
All the products I've received have been terrific and customer service has been wonderful. I've ordered many times.
The tree was practically dead when we received it and we are not having any luck getting it to snap back.
One plant was mailed without any roots and was dead when delivered. I tried to call you, but no one answered.
Two of the branches were damaged upon arrival and don't stand up. Not sure it's going to survive.
My purchases did not look anything like the pictures catalog. Mine were straggly and not full as pictured
This delivery had problems as I have experienced in the past. The way my plants were packaged involved the base pot of one plant was at one end of the box and the base pot of the other plant was at the opposite end. The cardboard box has internal features to retain the plants, assuming the shipper keeps the box level. My experience is that they never do. When the box was delivered, it was standing vertically. It had a couple of large holes or tears, Also, one plant had totally released from its pot and jammed into the other plant. I immediately opened the box with the delivery person present and carefully remove the plants. Fortunately, neither were damaged other that the loss of some leaves. Also, the driver told me that this was his last delivery and I can only presume that my box got moved all around as he had to search for all of the other packages he previously delivered. I know you can't control the delivery process, but I would hope that you would no longer double up on the plants in one box. Put just one in a box, base down and label the box excessively as to proper orientation and not to allow other boxes to be stacked on top. That may help, but it sure is disturbing to see the fairly expensive plants I ordered mishandled and in the past damaged, which had to be replaced.
I emailed customer service with the issue of 1/5 trees I received. They responded within a week and sent a replacement
I received a tree, it looked half dead, it had fungus on the leaves. I contacted the company and all they said was to give it time.! Didn't offer to send me another tree that wasn't sick, or a refund.
I had a tree that died and within a week a perfect replacement was delivered.
