My experience with my Autumn Blaze Red Maple was excellent. When it arrived it was just a 3 foot stick with no leaves. I prepped the soil (with my special soil mix I invented) and after planting, it took off and was established very quickly (Planted on July 4th, 2022). It is a very vigorous tree and growing rapidly and is already over 10ft tall. Unfortunately the Rose trees I purchased from you arrived in massive shock and were dying and I was un-able to revive them, even in my super mix. It was my fault that I did not work with fast growing trees because I knew they would have taken care of me but life can get busy and it cost me a couple hundred dollars. Anyway I hope this new purchase works out well because I do believe they care deeply and have a very high quality product.

The first tree we bought was a 2 variety apple. One variety died and the company credited our account immediately. We bought a peach tree and it's thriving. The next year we bought a 4 variety apple tree and it's thriving. The one variety of the first apple tree survived and it's thriving. Last fall we had our largest harvest. We're so happy with Fast Growing Trees products and their responsiveness.

That arrived damaged. I submit a
Ticket and provided pictures and they replaced the tree. That replacement tree is doing well.

Shipped on time and arrive nicely packed and healthy!

In the past my order was shipped immediately,
The plant was received in great shape. Is blooming got the 2nd time and survived a few frost days.

I'm not happy with the last order. I have company coming in from California on the 14th. The plant I ordered on April 8th mini butterfly bush still hasn't been delivered like promised AND my other plants I ordered have not come. I should have just gone to my local nursery VERY DISAPPOINTED My landscaping wont be done by the time they get here.

My tree was a bit yellow when I got it. It is now more yellowed. I was told to give it time.

I have used customer support on several occasions. They know what customers expect and will stand behind their product

Everything has arrived undamaged and in good condition over several orders over last two years.

As I was saying there was a delay in getting the product so I cancelled. What I did get died but that could be my fault.

My past orders were delivered well packed. They are thriving really well.
