Good experience. Came healthy and in good condition
Every time I order plants, they are consistently in good condition.
I was able to exercise my right to the warranty because the plants did not thrive within the first two weeks. It took a little push via email but finally the customer service team accepted my claim.
Purchase price is calculated with a discount applied each step of the way that resembles payment confirmation. Be careful to find the place to enter the code before confirming each time
The tree I ordered has not grown as described it would. The tree is been carefully cared for and is still only about a foot taller than when it was purchased, several years later.
Pleasantly surprised with everything from discount/ competitive pricing, selection and delivery/ packaging. My first order was well received, my plants arrived well cared for and already thriving. They transitioned well into their new home and perked right up.
Great selections, a bit overpriced on some things but the trees always have come in nice and healthy. I've only had 1 tree thats not going good / dying (Fire Blight) with nearly the over 15 I bought.

I ordered two wisteria trees from fast growing trees a month or so ago. They arrived healthy, undamaged And they both have new growth on them. So far they are doing wonderful!
I ordered 4 trees and 2 grape vines 3 years ago and I have 3 trees and 2 grape vines that I am overdue to prune because they are THRIVING. Not sure why the cherry tree didn't make it, but it took 18-24 months to completely die.
FGT are a great Co. To use and deal with. I have placed many orders throughout the years and all the plants are healthy and shipped nicely.
We had a problem with delivery on one of our orders last year and our money was refunded quickly. Everything else has arrived in very good shape!
For the most part good, except when a tree only has a 60 day warranty and it is planted in Aug, then a 60 warranty is junk because my tree looked great in the fall but didn't come back after the winter.
Only three of the trees lived from the previous order and died a couple of years later.
I have had good experiences with them the previous times I have ordered.
Water my previous tree with a water softener water and I believe it is killing it from the inside out and it wasn't growing new leaves at all.
