Saw Fast Growing Trees on Facebook and started browsing the site. Found a huge selection of trees and shrubs with great information on planting and care. Found something that fit a very specific need for our project. We received our tree in a timely manner with planting instructions. Followed the instructions and the tree is thriving. It looks great in our on going project.

Fed ex bent the box in half and snapped the tree in two. Got on line from my phone and jumped into a chat with customer service. I sent a pic of the damage and they literally shipped me a replacement the next day. Showed up a couple days later and looks great.

I have bought several varieties of plants from FGT. Unfortunately, on several occasions I have had to use their guarantees to replace plants that did not survive. They have always been prompt in replacing non survivors. The only problem is me, I have several problems with my health that severely limit my abilities to do the planting. No easy answers to how to change that. I recently purchased 3 of their fruit cocktail trees. 2 showed up in Avery timely manner, one showed up 5 days later. Not in good health. I planted it and am hoping it survived the winter. I expect I will again have to do a replacement next spring.

Overall we are satisfied with the purchase. We've had the tree in the ground for about a month and it seems to have taken. Three leaves were broken when it arrived but four more remain and appear to have strengthened as the tree has acclimated to the soil. We will see how it goes over the winter and next spring. Although the height was five to six foot as ordered, the trunk is roughly only a half inch across which was much less than we anticipated for spending the extra for the taller tree.

I got a weeping willow when it got here it had a broken limb, so I notified them and they sent me right out another one which is great, got it planted and it looks good.
