Shipping was fast, the trees arrived in excellent shape. One of my trees was not delivered but another one was sent out quickly.

The red bud tree I received was a 4 ft stick with a few 2 inch branches, which I paid close to $150 for. At some point it will probably grow into a nice tree. However, I hope that I live long enough to see it. A local nursery is selling an 8 ft red bud with full branches and leaves for $36.

My tree arrived in great condition. Packaging kept it safe.

Ordered roses and hydrangeas from Fast Growing trees. Thought they would be shipped in a speedier fashion since it is still hot in most of the U.S. took over a week to receive and the plants came in cardboard boxes that were smashed. The plants were completely dried out and stressed. Should note that we paid way more than we would have paid at our local nursery. That was our fault for not checking local first. Never received 4 of my roses. Called and they didn't have any of the climbing roses I had originally ordered. They would check into it. Called back and they had the roses and would ship. I finally received 2 of the 4 I was waiting for (in same condition as the others). Called again to find the remaining two and those were resent again. Didn't know if the plants would make it, but they have perked up and hopefully will rebound. I was sent a replacement for one of the rose bushes that was pretty far gone. The ladies that I spoke with each time were very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I would never order plants from this company again.

No doubt, Fast growing trees, are the healthiest and fester growing trees in my woods. Also appreciate your help and tips, so I may do better possible, to help trees when them
not happy!

Item arrived burned and wilted. They said 4 to 5 ft. It was I stick with a few leaves. I expected a tree.the container was a small pot with very little dirt. This was shipped to nevada that took longer then expected. I pd 149.00 Omg. Purchased a actual lime tree from Costco for 39.00 that will bloom in the spring. This will take years if it lives. So disappointing and feel ripped off. Buyer beware.

We are so pleased with our new shade trees and how quickly they arrived! I had no idea how they would ship larger trees but they came carefully wrapped, in a box, completely un damaged. They were easy to plant, following the instructions and are growing beautifully.

Good service BUT, inconsistent soil-fill of transport pots. Each time when receiving shipments of more than one tree, additional pots had LESS/poorly packed soil that spilled out and exposed roots. Those pots had plants that had dried roots and dropped leaves, making the that tree sickly.

Multiple tress in one order are transported horizontally, and if the bags aren't tied tightly enough, the loose-packed soil spills out exposing roots. I've had problems with those trees with poorly packed soil. Looking to other tree nurseries now.

All the shrubs/ tress I purchased arrived healthy and are doing well about a month later.

Bought for a co-worker that had lost his dad. He was very pleased with the tree and planted it shortly after it arrived. I have purchased several times, and I have not been disappointed.

Ordered and received my tree within a reasonable time. Box was severely damaged. There was leaf damage, but tree was protectively packed, not damaged further, and much larger than expected. Contact with customer service was fast and easy. Very happy with the tree.

I had an issue with one of my trees that got delivered. I sent in a picture and they quickly sent me a replacement. Thank you! Can't wait to watch my new trees grow!

My plant, which we immediately took to our local plant shop for repotting, began to lost its leaves and droop by the third week. We are hoping that it will come back but this is the second plant that hasn't thrived in a house full of thriving plants (many from simple cuttings). It's a mystery...I suspect that the outdoor plants and trees do better than those cultivated for indoor living.
