When an order was placed using their website flags, it failed to properly flag my planting zone and allowed me to purchase plants that would not survive and voiding my warranty. When I contacted them they just said they were sorry but nothing they could do for me. I personally had to get involved with the delivery company (which they could have done) to stop the delivery and contact my credit card provider to stop payment. All they had to do was to say " sorry our mistake, let's make it right" but instead they took a hard line on it. Since I was a returning customer would think they would realize it's easier to keep an existing customer rather than have to find new ones.
I have learned to check my zone and best time to grow. I ordered my Maple tree to soon that had no leaves and now waiting to experience my purchase,
Lost my big backyard Shade tree, a huge pecan, in Beryl. After cleanup and yard repair I needed a fast growing replacement. The oak tree i found at Fast Growing Trees was delivered quickly, packed very well for transport, with excellent directions for planting and care. Life goes on!

I bought my dad a cashew tree for Christmas because the cold the first one that was sent wasnt thriving I reached out to them and they sent a new one, my dad just received it and it came thriving he's so happy I would only buy any plant tree etc from this company
One of the plants I ordered was not delivered with the other plants I ordered. Only after I inquired about the missing item I was informed that it will be delivered later: two months later.
I expect better communication.

I ordered a Korean Spice Viburnum. The plant looked healthy but had only some mulch on top and was so pot bound that there was no soil left in the pot. I did everything I could for the plant but in my experience severely pot bound plants do not do well in the long term. They did give me a 1 year guarantee.
The pencil trees are very healthy, can't wait to watch them grow tall and strong!
We've purchased numerous trees from Fast Growing Trees and have always had excellent experiences. All trees have thrived and arrive in good condition with clear planting and care instructions.
The babies I bought last year are already double in size. I loved them so much I bought another 12 this year :)

Ordered 20 Leland Cyprus trees. 19 are green and healthy, one is yellowish but we are hopeful it will bounce back.
