Great! Good quality and fast service. In laws looking forward to planting.
I knew the type of hedge that I wanted for privacy. The growing zones were very helpful. The process was easy. The plants arrived securely packaged and in pretty good condition a few days later. I followed the instructions: getting the plants unpacked and watered.
I expected a Plant in good condition. It isn't. The plant was soil mostly dumped out. Looks like it may have frozen.
I had contacted FGT to let them know I had finally gotten around to planting my new Hydrangeas which had already started developing new leaves in the shipping material. I got a response before I knew it thanking me for the update.
I spent the money but it never came. That's it I have nothing else to say. I bought a tree and it never came.
I have not yet received my trees. To be shipped sometime in late March. So far so good. I live at 8500 ft. Alls we have here is Pine and Aspen. If trees do what they say at this altitude you are going to have to cut me a great deal because half the town are going to want my TREE!
I have been looking for a large indoor ficus at local nurseries for a while, without success. My tree and other plants arrived well packaged and healthy. Repotted and let them adjust to a new environment. One month later they are thriving. I will be adding more soon.
All my trees I brought from you are all doing great over the past 2 years
I had a large order (30) Carolina Saphire evergreens. The first order came in with 23 trees then others followed soon after. One tree was damaged and one missed from a box but were quickly replaced. The last shipment included about 5 trees that did not look the best. All planted now, I hope they recover. Overall, great customer service. I will definitely order trees from them again.
I thought I was purchasing a houseplant for $55. What I received was a sprout, with ONE LEAF, which fell off a day after it arrived. I was considering buying trees for my Cape Cod home, but thought I should experiment first with "houseplants." I see now this company is NEVER to be trusted again, and will be purchasing nothing more in the future.
I sent the following email after I got the ficus, but got no response. The tree continues to lose leaves at an alarming rate:
"It's going to be a race to see if the ficus I bought from you loses all its leaves before I dispose of it. I've probably cleaned 50 yellow leaves off the floor in the 1st week or so. It's well watered and gets filtered light in front of a floor to ceiling window."
Tom Boyd
As a followup, the ficus continues to lose leaves, and will probably be bald within a week or two. This was a terrible investment.!
I have purchased many items from Fast Growing Trees and have always been happy with them. If there is an issue they are great about responding quickly and working with you to resolve whatever the issue may be.
Have recommended them often and will continue to order from them myself.
When I ordered, it said the trees would be delivered mid March. That was good since I was out of town until today, February 16. My shipment was delivered the end of January. When I called to ask what I should do about the situation, a woman from Your team said once the nights continue to be at 30° or above, it would be safe to put the trees outside and wait for the ground to thaw before I plant them. This week our weather will be down to 1°. I have the trees in my house now, and I am hoping they will survive until the weather warms up and I can plant them. If there is something else I should do, I would appreciate any feedback as I really hope these Green Giant Thujas survive.
Ordered a rose from this company. The order confirmation stated that it would not ship till first week of April. This was confirmed on the order confirmation as well. I received a notice week later that it was shipping. Notified their customer service team in writing sending the confirmation highlighting the shipping confirmation date. Their customer service told me that early shipping was my problem, despite the evidence. Now I have a plant that may or may not make it to spring because they shipped in the middle of winter. They have told me if it doesn't bloom the ln I can use the satisfaction guarantee. Something I don't trust them to honor since they couldn't even be bothered to follow their own shipping manifest.
The package was some how misshandled and the product need to be protcted better, pecially the roots.
It look like no body read the instructions on the shipping container.
The 5 Thuja trees arrived excellently packed and in good condition. I planted them quickly and thus far they seem to be doing well.
I bought plants last year and was very satisfied. Buying more that will be delivered this spring. Plants come boxed very well and healthy.
My 3 foot trees arrived dryer than a popcorn fart, got them all in the ground same day they arrived, but the leaves on my 3 foot trees had already fallen off gonna keep trying on them but don't think they're gonna make it, my five foot trees are trying we'll have to see how it goes
Order some evergreen privacy trees and all 8 showed up with a significant amount of brown foliage. So far they have not gotten better or worse.
My lemon tree arrived promptly and healthy. My avocado was significantly delayed and looks bad. I'm going to try to make it healthy, but it was very disappointing that it's in such bad shape.
