I ordered a month ago and now it seems it's delayed again. Should have told me from the beginnings it would take months to get a tree but only seconds to take
My money
Great experience from ordering online to delivery. Great notes on care of plant after received. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our purchase.
The plants were great and arrived in perfect condition. However, the customer service after the sale has been exceptional.
Your business site works well and was easy to navigate, The avocado tree had foliage and appears healthy.
I was disappointed when the cold-hardy avocado trees froze and did not recover / did not thrive. SO, my first disappointment was that the product was overhyped. When I asked for a replacement, they asked to see brown wood on each tree before replacement, even though I sent pictures showing a severe stunting and failure to thrive. As each tree eventually died, I was able over several months to send the required evidence and obtain replacement trees. Although they technically fulfilled their obligation, they are simply not aligned to their customer needs.
I ordered quite a few plants and fruit trees for the first time this year. I'll have to see how it goes as far as growing and thriving. They looked good upon arrival but the only thing I didn't like is that nothing shipped when it was supposed to. All of the plants were delayed and arrived later then advertised
Tracking was confusing here one day but knew not on Thursday astoo far away, got it Frin good shape will rest Saturday from travel plant Sunday A.M. Looking for some FRESH FIGS.
I like being able to find vegitation for my yard. I moved to Florida from Texas, so different things grow in the new to me climate. I appreciate then extensive information on the website about mature size and growing needs as far as sun and water. My lament is that there were wonderful nurseries in the Austin area, a shout out to The Natural Gardner. I have found nothing comparable in the Orlando area. The selection at Lowe's and Home Depot are dismal. So FastGrowingTrees.com has been a great find for me.
I ordered this over a month ago and still have not received it.
Unable to return plants small and under fed. Very expensive for what I received
Do not ship with fed-ex they do a terrible job use ups or somebody other than fed-ex
My tree came exactly when you said it was going to be here it's in beautiful shape thank you so much I will buy again
I had an excellent experience buying my shrubs and trees from Fadt Growing Trees.
Everything was shipped quickly and arrived green and healthy.
Where are my trees? You shouldn't sell trees then send out emails that oops to your order is not ready. You've charged my card and are sending me emails about taking care of my trees... But Im just waiting... No discount offered for the inconvenience. I originally in ordered trees that were supposed to be here on Valentine's Day but not sure if I'll ever get these trees. What a mess.
I have been a customer for years my recent ouder shipped to my old address. I lost almost 300$ i was told there was nothing they could do for me
Helpful.i don't remember the exact day. I have ordered a quite a few things to grow and it takes time to bear fruit.
Still waiting for my order to show up, don't know what happened. Some feedback would b great
If I could give zero stars here, I would. I ordered a tree and even upgraded after the prompting at checkout. It was crispy and dying out of the box. I followed the guidelines to try and revive the tree as per directions form the company. I received the wrist customer service I've experienced in a long time and have no solution. I'm out $200 dollars and have a dead tree still in its pot.
The tree has been inside my home for the entirety of the time since receiving the shipment (2 weeks). It's been in a controlled temperature environment and watered and cared for with great detail since it arrived. The plant arrived unhealthy and damaged out of the box! This was evident. I only waited a short time to report it because it is recommended to let the tree "bounce back" after shipment in the enclosed instructions in the shipment. The tree was in extremely poor shape upon arrival, and despite my strong feelings that it would not improve, I complied with your recommendations and waited to see if it would rebound. It did not. The leaves continued to crops up and entire branches died and fell to the floor.
The first customer service rep said to wait a little longer and then if it did not improve they'd ship a new one. After a few more days and the tree lost every last bit of leaves as well as more twigs and branches, I requested that promised replacement. A new customer service rep, Pam, became involved said the company will not replace the tree because it's shopped out of its Zone. The suggestion that the tree was never exposed to harsh conditions than it could bear and that caused its demise. This is not the case.
I sent the FGT company $200 dollars and they sent me a dead tree. They refuse to replace it, refuse credit, even a half value credit. Nothing. Just an email that repeats it skewed and says sorry for your frustration.
My intent was to plant the tree outdoors within two weeks of its arrival. They also suggested that I was intentionally keeping it indoors so they only guarantee the plant if it's planted outside, they are just looking for any loophole to void the warranty.
The plant was crisping up and dropping leaves upon its arrival to my home, and to prevent further shock, I was following *Your Instructions Provided* to let it acclimate and show signs of improvement.
The tree had no chance of survival.
I even upgrade to more expensive tree at checkout after the prompting of the website.
They took zero responsibility for sending a dead tree. Warming this customer service guarantee is fraudulent a f the company will do everything they can NoT to uphold their promise.
I will not return as a customer knowing there is no good faith with your services and products.
I ordered a lemon tree as a Christmas gift a couple of weeks prior to the holiday. It arrived a month later and was dead. It traveled from North Carolina to Ohio and a few other places before making its way back to Raleigh, NC for delivery. I made several inquiries during this time with very few answers. On the bright side, when I ordered the tree and again when I reported the condition of the tree after delivery I spoke with a very helpful lady and she is working with us to correct the issue.
The Meyer Lemon that you shipped me, looked pretty good but after about a day, about 90% of the leaves starting dieing off, probably due to freezing. After about 3 days I removed the totally dead leaves and left the ones that were partially damaged or undamaged. The branches still appear to be green so I'm going to see if I can bring it back. Right now I am not looking for a replacement but I thought you might consider the shipping environment, before shipping, for some of your future customers. Thanks. Steve Knotts
