The trees and plants come in a box with plastic strapped around the base. They're usually still wet from when they watered them. The plants are very nice. I will order again. Fast growing trees is an excellent company. Great quality. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a North Star tart cherry tree. It took a couple of years to produce, but after 5 years it is flourishing and the cherries are fantastic.

You can see the quality and care that is placed in the plants. Even with poor shipping care they still thrive out of the box. Delivery services may not be aware of how to handle these boxes. I have had several deliveries that were so poorly handled that the plants weren't even in the pot when opened. After a little TLC upon arrival the plants pulled through. One is still in a little bit of shock, but it is heartily trying to hang on. That is a strong testament to the quality of care these plants are given BEFORE shipping.
I have purchased a total of three trees. Two of the trees did well. One died after the second year. Notwithstanding, fast-growing trees provided partial refund and discount and reorder. Very satisfied with service and product. Thank you.

I have had the nicest people in customer service people who took the time to help me get the best price for my money and encourage me when I'm not aware of some of the results of what I want. As an example, I looked at this pretty tree that looked to be may be 15 feet fully grown and it turned out. It was 40 feet fully grown so I would've been wasting my money the people were so kind and so nonjudgmental they didn't make me feel ridiculous for what I didn't know.
I bought numerous at the end of planting season last fall and hoped the plants would make it through the winter. A couple of the hydrangeas were famed in transit and they replaced them quickly in the fall. One did not make it thru the winter which they are replacing now but the shipping process has taken longer than expected.
In the past, I have ordered several plants including several Leland Cypress. I can't believe how fast they have grown!
Plant died and I didn't not received a replacement
I bought a honeysuckle and fell in love with it. Was hoping to get more this year. However with the cost of the trees, I wasn't able to afford it this time. Hopefully next spring.

Almost perfect experience
Only one plant failed to thrive, and I've ordered six thus far.The blueberry bushes are only a couple months old and already have blueberries. Lenten roses have doubled in size and spread. Very happy.
