Hit or miss... some plants' packaging could be better. One plant dead already.

I have had good quality plants delivered. I have never lost any of the plants.

Many years ago I bought a Cara Cara orange and a Mandarin. Both are full grown now (they arrived as not much more than a little stick with leaves and roots) and provide us every winter and spring with an overwhelming amount of the most beautiful and delicious fruit. They are the best trees in our orchard.

I resorted to telephone call after a delay in delivery of 10 days

Plants were as I ordered. One didn't make it but I think it was handled badly by the moving crew

The eight plants are in shock. They were delivered in smashed crumpled boxes. The potting dirt was knocked out of the pots and loose inside the surrounding plastic bags. Roots were exposed on all plants.
I immediately added Vigoro Garden Soil to pots, placed all plants in shady cool area, and watered.

Good experience with other trees I have bought through this company and warranties are worth it.

Dead tree, guarantee isn't real. You have to pay for shipping for new item. STAY AWAY, go to local nursery

Had one species of tree that didn't do well here but guarantee came through

The tree was thriving the first year, then outside factors took it out. Our lawn guy hit the trunk with the weed eater so many times it was half its width at the base, then we had a nasty freeze here. We are trying a similar tree next, but this one is going to get a brick border.
