I was not too impressed with the last 2 coconut trees that arrived. It looked like someone was in a hurry when packing the trees. 1 tree coconut completely buried and leaves stuffed into the box. The other tree coconut lying above the dirt like it lost the extra dirt it needed.
I received two dying trees, and it seems like I am getting the stalling treatment on there replacement.

Customer service is great and fast and responsive and they offer store credit without hesitation if there is an issue, but the store credit does not cover full cost of replacement if the plant/tree they are replacing is not in stock and then you have to pay shipping again to get your replacement, but all the trees that have survived are doing great and they are shipped thoughtfully in good packaging
The products are always delivered safe and tree are all in place with the leaves perfect

From a large order, one set did not survive - the blueberries. The company stood behind their warranty and provided me with store credit. This was optimal as I knew immediately I would be ordering again!

I purchased a 6–7 foot Royal Raindrops Crabapple tree, intentionally selecting the more mature and higher-priced option to maximize its chances of survival after planting. I was diligent in caring for it—watering consistently throughout the fall and early spring—and we even installed a fence to protect it from deer during the winter. Despite these efforts, the tree did not survive.
Once I located the claims process on your website, submitting a claim was straightforward. I provided the required photos, including a scratch test, and the claim was approved.
However, I was disappointed to learn that while the three-year Alive & Thrive Guarantee covered the tree, I am responsible for shipping costs, which amount to over 25% of the original purchase price. This significantly reduces the value of the guarantee.
As a first-time customer, this experience has been underwhelming.
