Ordering was easy and the product delivered was outstanding. Delivery however is taking a bit with part of my order. I am still waiting on 2 trees that the website said should have been delivered by now when I ordered. They are in the perpetual preparation mode.
Ordering process was very simple. Still waiting for my tree to arrive. I'm in New Jersey, so I'm assuming it'll be held up for just a little bit.
I ordered a dozen plants. 1 arrived dead. 1 arrived damaged. Despite completing their process to get a refund or replacement, I'm getting emails from customer service but getting nowhere. A warrent shouldn't be almost impossible to use. Not shoul I be forced to pay shipping cost when I've ordered $3000 worth of plants from this business.
Are blueberry bushes came in on time and great shape. Plus, I got an extra one pot head to bushes.
Two small plants in a single, long box, with a lot of empty space in between. Plants were secured and intended to stay separate on each end of the long box. Box was crushed, plants came loose, dirt spilled out, and plants were badly damaged. 2 weeks in and the plants don't just look "tired from the journey". They look on the brink of kicking the bucket.
I was very pleased that I was able to obtain a true dwarf tree. Its sometimes a challenge to find a fruit tree that will grow in a patio pot.
Ordering was easy and the trees arrived when expected. They are budding now and I am a happy customer.
The bushes arrived quickly and are beautiful. Planting Instructions were clear…we always buy from Fast Growing Tress and are never disappointed.
Trees don't look very alive. Shipping time and packaging perfectly done
I received my plants and it looked like Fed ex played basketball with the box. The plants were both on over end so I know it didn't lay flat. I trimmed all the broken limbs. They were still moist, so I think they will survive. But they were apparently shipped end on end. The box was damaged which allowed the one plant to end up upside down on the other. I am happy with the plants and will get them in the ground.
Shipping has been delayed about 3 weeks despite the sales information saying they were immediately available
The plants arrived faster than expected. They were in perfect condition. They were just beautiful! I wanted to wait to write the review because when they arrived, we were expecting snow and below zero temps. I didn't plant them right away, but I put them in the garage with a heater. While they were in the garage, they even started growing new leaves. When the weather warmed a little, I got them in the ground. But shortly after they were planted, we were hit with another snow and cold temps for several days. I was so worried about them, but they pulled through without a problem. It's been a few weeks now with great weather and they are doing great! I'm so excited to see what they are going to look like when Springtime comes! I'm so happy with my experience and I can't wait to get more plants!
I ordered 6 trees and large plants from Fast Growing Trees. Two were perfect. One palm arrived severely damaged but the replacement I received was terrific. Two plants, a 4 foot meyer lemon tree and a Monstera, were of disappointing quality. The meyer lemon tree is scrawny, lopsided and had only 3 flowers so I doubt it will produce lemons. The Monstera had a number of damaged leaves but is now doing better. Finally, the pony tail palm I received is healthy but looks nothing like the photo in the website which showed an unusual palm with multiple stalks and delicate curving fronds; mine has one large stalk and looks like a big pineapple. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known. The photos shown on the website can be very misleading.
They are also quite variable in their packing. My two palms arrived in one box, which damaged one of them; there was dirt all over as the packing around the palms was not tied securely. The Meyer lemon arrived literally out of its container with the rootball exposes. The poor packing created a huge mess in my apartment.
I would recommend purchase of both varieties of ornamental evergreens
After calling twice I still did not get my complete order- acted like I would just have to keep calling back. Low quality products are an issue-you don't know what you're getting. I was told to use the "use my warranty" button but there is no such thing. First they blamed it the mobile version but the desktop is exactly the same. Customer service is very poor. She asked for pictures of the bent trees and said I would have to discuss with someone else. Also, they sent bare root trees once that I didn't order-no way they were take back that garbage. Like my mom always said, beware of shiny packages. Buy from your local greenhouse so you pick out what you want. SimplyTrees.com does have some nice maples however.
My trees were sent during 20°F weather to Baltimore County MD. Fed Rx held tgem in Sparrows piint for several days, without explanation. After conracting cust svc here and at Fed Ex, I finally rec'd a very damaged package. After several weeks of tending these trees inside, I am seeing buds. There was no breakage but Fed Ex is not a good shoping partner in this specific case. Never had a problem before. SMH. Your customer svc rep was great though.
Had to use guarantee for first time and it was very difficult. Not only did I have to take additional pictures, but I had to pay $73 in shipping cost in order to receive replacement tree. Will probably not be shopping Fast Growing Trees again.
Fast Growing Trees must be getting rid of all the plants 🌱 I have gotten from them! The first two plants were grapes supposedly grown in my zone,(9). They didn't look 👀 well when I planted them. I fertilized them planted and watered them. Still haven't thrived. I got the second plant, wisteria. Also in my zone (9) fertilized and watered as well. I'm hoping for the best. The plants weren't super expensive but I took a chance on the seller who seemed to be reputable. This is my first experience with this nursery. It may be the last!
The Rose of Sharon sprouted health leaves no sooner that it was repotted. I haven't separated the 3 separate clusters yet, but they look very nice.
The Peach trees and cedar trees are in great shape and I love them. The 2 black gum and poplar seem to be in very poor shape and I think one of the black gum is dead
