I ordered five trees and raspberry bushes they dyed the following summer they were under warranty and I got them replaced with the same exact types those died as well. Followed the instructions to a T but the trees did not live
Last August 2025, I ordered the Colorama Scarlet Multi-Stem Crape Myrtle tree. It is now July 2026, unfortunately, the tree did not meet expectations. It sadden me because I love the crape myrtle trees. It is my hope to have one of those beautiful trees in my garden. I called and emailed customer service, they told me what to do to. I opted to receive a store credit.

I ordered a Vanilla Strawberry Panicle Hydrangea Tree that arrived in a healthy looking condition and well packaged. After several weeks its leaves began dying and I reached out to Fast Growing Trees for suggestions to attempt to revive it. Several weeks later, after following their recommendations, the tree continued to lose all leaves. I contacted their customer support department with photos and within hours a replacement tree was processed. I've purchased from them in the past and have always been satisfied with their plants. Thank you for such great customer service!
