Bought a pink dogwood last fall and the leaves had a white fugus on them. It didn't seem to be a problem at the time, because the tree was going to lose the leaves anyway, but it is back again now.
The initial order was good but when my plant died within the year, customer service did not follow thru. This plant that didn't survived because animals ate the tops off. I tried bringing the plant indoor until it revived but it didn't make it.
I may have waited a bit too long to first plant, and moved tree 3 times before settling where it is now, it became diseased due to bugs/pest, stagnated, stil alive but not satisfied with performance after almost 3 months. L
Plants needed immediate care. Some did not survive.
Issues were due to extreme weather.
Fruit tress I bought previously are thriving. There is one that hasn't had any fruit however it is healthy and green.
I planted three Yoshino cedar trees a few years ago to block view of a neighbor's outrageous construction of a red barn. The red barn has been removed by court order, the neighbor has moved, and my cedars thrive and offer nesting sites for song birds.
Overall we're pretty good. Only one thing, one of my order we're out of stock. I ordered in May, first I got an email said I I have wait until end of June. Then by end of June i received another email said now postpone to August. I wish they could tell me when I put the order in. So I can either choose to consider another option. I does not like waiting this longer, wish they could offer return my money.

Trees really are 'fast growing' and well packaged compared to other nurseries.

I wrongly presumed the plant order would be shipped when it was warm enough, my mistake, trying again with the highbush.
I purchased a papaya tree and when it came, the top was broken. I contacted the company and they responded immediately by sending me another plant.
I received 3 plants, all of which were large, well-established, and durable. Excellent experience!

We are not rich people but have bought from fast growing trees for maybe ten years and not one plant nor tree has disappointed. And what did was rectified and the service a "JOY" to work with.
