We ordered some hedge plants to cover the open space where some other plants had been. The order was easily placed online and when the five plants came they were well packed and planting directions were included in the packing! Super efficient!
My plants were well packed, soil moist and they looked beautiful!

My first experience with FGT was mixed. My first order was delivered quickly and I really liked the way it came. I planted it late fall hoping it would take. Early Spring I had blooms on my birch tree but unfortunately despite my best efforts I lost it. In hindsight I wish I would've utilized your experts and called to try to save it. Despite that I lost a blue spruce. But everything else did well. Admittedly I had a bad attitude when I tried to use my warranty, after getting questions about my plants ( I was expecting denial, on the warranty). I was pleasantly surprised to receive the ok on both plants. I have ordered two trees since and have recommendedyour business to my coworkers. Thanks!

I ordered two trees when they came both were broken near the bottom. For a $200 order I was not impressed. I try to buy bare root trees now no pot so trees don't get broken.

They really want your trees to survive! I had an issue with a mango tree and they replaced it after working through some quick troubleshooting. Very easy! They really do stick to their guarantee!
