I don't like how the tree was trimmed to fit in a small box, but I bought a saw tooth oak tree from this site and two from the other, both have died from the other site, so I guess I can't complain about the trimming too much.
Two of the three trees had very good root balls and one had a very small root ball.
Plants arrived in perfect condition and quickly too.

My order arrived, and obviously had not been treated by the delivery people as stated on the box. It had obviously been upside down and on the wrong side, and who knows whichever way, but it is clearly stated on the box how it is supposed to be handled and in what position. The fast growing tree people pack these things very very well and it is difficult to almost get them out, but when they have been handled, that way, the foliage and the plant itself is messed around and does not look like it should and they will handle it immediately and either tell you what to do about it or send you new plants. I applaud them for their customer service.
It was excellent! I bought a willow tree years ago, and she is beautiful.

This is my 5th purchase I have received and follow the instructions to plant my plants. So far I have enjoy, hope they make throughout the winter and replant them in my garden patio
The Cara Cara arrived in good shape, packaged well, and is currently growing indoors.
Easy process but not the happiest about some plans that were both big being shipped together and having the branches break each other but since they were healthy they pulled through like nothing so that was good

I purchased a 3-4 foot Deodar Cedar tree. When it arrived I was very happy to discover a beautiful specimen that was taller than me after I planted it in the ground. I am 5-8.

I received my first order with no problems. However my second order was dead, and replaced twice with dead plants. But they did finally listen & send a different plant that ships well. So I was frustrated, but because they tried so hard to get it right. I am reordering. Hope I have a positive experience.
We ordered some hedge plants to cover the open space where some other plants had been. The order was easily placed online and when the five plants came they were well packed and planting directions were included in the packing! Super efficient!
My plants were well packed, soil moist and they looked beautiful!
My lemon tree from here is beautifully healthy and produces excellent fruit.
