Order was canceled due to stock not meeting appropriate standards. Refund was provided. Alternatives were not offered, but I've just found the same tree, only slightly larger available on your site. Personal communication would smooth this process, as this is a gift and really presents a problem to a customer at this time of year.
Everything was perfect. Good communication, and trees arrived safe and healthy. This was my first buying experience and I will plan to use FastGrowingTrees.com again.

I ordered 16 trees that were in the 2-3 foot range. They were very nicely packaged and arrived much more quickly than I'd expected. They are all in wonderful shape and I plan to order more to complete my line!
