I had purchased a tri-color willow tree and it did not survive. I reached out for a replacement. They didn't have any trees left but they did credit my account and I was able to purchase something new. Easy, fast and the nicest customer service ever.

I have placed several orders with FastGrowingTrees. The majority of ordered trees and shrubs came in good condition, healthy and as described. A few turned out to be much smaller than expected. One of the orders included a shrub that was listed as "buy one get one free". I suppose, I should have entered qty 2 to get 2 for the price of one, but I entered qty 1 and received one tiny plant only. The biggest disappointment was that one giant thuja tree that was in my first order was not delivered though it was on the packing slip. I suppose, a delivery person must have liked it, or it was delivered to a wrong address, but all my attempts to convince FastGrowingTrees' returns department were unsuccessful. No tree and no money back. Very disappointing.
