I wrote to Pams on the weekend, but had no feedback yet. I also sent pictures of the dead pkant. It came with the roots exposed and the soil was dry. I had a good experience the first time, but not now
Ordering process was fine. The trees arrived a few days after the expected date. Most of the plastic tree containers were broken when I removed the plants from the box... Don't think the trees were damaged though.

I paid high dollar for my trees and plants and received boarderline products. They brag about no bare roots but when I opened my weeping red bud it was in burlap but you could tell it had not been grown in that soil. All the soil fell off to reveal cut roots with no new growth. Also should have had free shipping and discount on product. I contacted customer service twice but they never responded. Bad!
Trees arrived in great shape and on time. Both blood orange trees looked very healthy and trimmed nicely.
Great company to deal with. If I need any more trees I know I'm going to be ordering them from Fast-Growing-Trees!
I had a question and was extremely happy when I spoke with a rept that was quite knowledgeable. She was able to help me and was professional, proficient and quite considerate and friendly. Not only was she great with answering my question, she further offered additional advice which gave me that peace of mind and understanding. Hats off to Fast Growing Trees!
I purchase 4 trees, so far I just received one, which is OK since they are scheduled delivers on different dates. The tree came very well package and healthy, a cold Hardy Avocado that looks great for his 4'.
I am waiting for the rest and maybe I will have more comments in favor.
So far, I feel I paid a high price for the trees after I compared with other Orchards.
When the trees arrived the box had a large hole in it. Both trees where damaged limbs broken and so forth.
Fast delivery and a fine looking weeping willow. It will be planted next to a pond. Looking forward to watching it grow into a beautiful tree.
I was in need of some trees for a boundary line/privacy wall. After some extensive research I found that Fast-Growing-Trees appeared to be the most credible and legit place to buy from. Ordering was fast and easy. I made a mistake on my part when buying, but they were very quick to correct it for me.
At the time of this review I havent yet received my trees due to the cold weather. Its nice to know the FGT understands the importance of this to ensure that the trees are properly cared for and safe when transporting. I have no concerns at the moment and believe I will receive a quality product.
I received the tree i ordered quickly. The tree was shorter than I expected but it was in perfect condition
I received no follow up after my order: that was the first thing. Seven days later finally received call from fedex. 4th day 3 boxes of 4 arrived one box opened and plants looked bad. Refused. Call "customer service" to see if they knew where other package was and how we should proceed got two rude people who blamed fedex them myself. First service rep was a bit snotty and blameful on my part for refusing them. Them got email stating I had received them Called back got Nicola to let them know I hadn't received the items to: holy molly she took a person who was not mad and wondering how we could get this fixed to ever wanting anything to do with this unprofessional business. The plants that I did see hanging out an open box looked pretty shabby just like their customer service.
While the trees look beautiful, one of them is splintered about 4 inches from the top. It seems to be ok so far though. I will tape it up.
The tree is great and healthy and packet well. Can wait for it to grow. Very quick and informative delivery and planting instructions. If we order more online we will use you.
My Butterfly Magnolia and 2 Azaleas both arrived quickly and in good condition. They were good size, which I was afraid they would be twigs. I was very happy with this order.
What a wonderful experience. We ordered several trees with one of them damaged in shipping. I shared this and another replacement tree was shipped out the following day. Highly recommend this company and their products.
I received my Methley Plum Tree within 3 days of ordering. Unfortunately, the trunk had been broken in shipping. I emailed my concern to them over the weekend and they had a new tree shipped to me that Tuesday.
I am so happy with my tree. It arrived fresh and healthy. It looks so good planted down by the lake shore. I am waiting for it to grow into a beautiful tree. Thank you
