Trees were in great shape, ordering was easy and good selection. I would recommend company to everyone.
All 12 thujas came in a a box that weighed 18 lbs total. Extremely small trees. Not even close to 1 to 2 feet tall. They lied about when they were going to ship the trees. Took way longer to ship than they said.
We have had our Thuja green giants for almost 2 weeks now and they are doing great. They are already growing and they are amazing!
We ordered two windmill palms to flank our front door. One was taller than the other and a bit fuller. I would have liked them to be more the same size but other than that, I think they will do well.
The leaves of my Myer Lemon has some kind of fungus or insect infestation. They are crumpled and a few have holes in them at the bottom of the plant. The top leaves (new growth) look lovely. There was a label on the box that it had been inspected and okay. I don't see how that could have happened? Plus it would be nice to have planting instructions with shipment, not having to go on line.
Ordered 2 crepe myrtle trees. They were shipped timely and arrived in two days. They looked dead, but as soon as we planted them they came to life and they are leafing out and filling in daily. I think they will be beautiful.
I ordered two tress from Fast-Growing Trees. When they arrived, it looked as if the package had been run over a couple times. It was pretty much open. I figured that delivery damage isnt their fault. When I opened the package, one of the trees appeared to have been attacked by insects.
Most of the leaves were gone, and the leaves that remained had holes throughout them like swiss cheese. The smaller tree was fine with lots of leaves. This makes me thing that the larger tree was attacked before it was shipped. If not, you would expect the same insects to attack the smaller tree during shipping. Either way, its disappointing.

The plants were ordered one day, and shipped the next. Arrived one day later in perfect condition, and were blooming within 3 days in the ground
Some of the trees were very good but, a few were also not good and one even bad. I think that from now on when and if I order additional trees it will be by phone and I will specify what the appearance must be. No more crooked trunks and sloppy grafts.

I feel like when i called to ask some questions i got t he run around a bit as i was transferred after providing very little info and then was almost transferred back to the same department that i had just talked to (because the first transfer was inappropriate to begin with...) but luckily the second lady i talked to paused before she re-transferred me and herd me/my frustration as i was on a time crunch and had already been on the call for about 10+min. And went ahead and helped me... she(being the second one) was totally awesome as she did not have to help me and i was so thankful that she took the time to do so.
The trees I bought were healthy with wrapped roots and thrived as soon as they were planted! I highly recommend this site for plant buying as they provided all the info needed to pick out and successfully transplant.
I haven't received my tree order, it's been so long since I place the order, any updates? I hope I still will receive my order some time soon, hope someone reads my review and provide some feedback.
Fingerlimes arrived intact and new shoots are already growing. I can't wait for fruit to bud and pop!
I was expecting a stalk with a couple of branches on it. BUT what I received was far better. Packing was great, and the tree has a few leaves that I expected to fall off at planting. Boy was I wrong! Within 48 hours of planting more leaves began to show and you can actually see that in 10 days the tree has grown almost 3/4 of an inch and filled in wonderfully. I recommend that anyone that buys one of these trees please do follow the instructions as well as use the proper fertilizer when planting to have as great of luck as I have had... and yes there are no other trees like this one in the neighborhood and the neighbors have really stopped to ask me about it!
I received my tree today and it looks great! I can't wait until the winter weather is over to plant it. Excellent communication from the company as well. I will definitely order more trees in the future from them.
The tree arrived in record time, in good condition and was much bigger than expected! I don't need to write 100 characters to describe my experience!
When the coffee plant I ordered arrived in TERRIBLE condition, I was told to wait 5 weeks! Anthony, Michael and Elvis could not care less. I now have a pot with 8 TWIGS AND NO LEAVES!
Tree doing good so far still watching it. Had to prune branches back got small peaches on it will order again and tell my friends about this company
