I understand delayed shipment due to extreme weather, But going on over a month now. Our weather has been fine for planting trees. Mostly I am pissed that I have already had to make a payment on my credit card for the trees, that I am beginning to think I will never get. Also no easy way to just cancel the order and be refunded.
Easy to order on the website and very quick shipping to home. Everything arrives quick and in good condition. Planting and care instructions are included with every shipment. I wish there was a one year guarantee so that any plant that dies is replaced but, I am sure that is cost prohibitive. I have lost less than 20% and I have purchased a fair amount in the past 6 months As I get older, I want to see "new life" so I have begun planting furiously around my home.
They haven't grown since I got them. Its been 2 days! Kind a silly to send me a review now. Then you request me to enter a 100 characters? Mmm... well, they did arrive healthy. With no instructions on how to plant, best time of day to plant an how close to other trees.
The plant arrived on time with no harm! Planted and so far its looking great. Really excited for when the plant will start producing.
The avocado tree came with buds on it and I planted it that day. The leaves were curled and dried and look sickly. The buds all fell off and it's clear something's got a hold of it.
The tree arrived very healthy and already has a few blooms! Shipping was fast and the Apple tree was packaged with care to survive the transit! Can't wait to bite into a apple from my very own tree!
My husband and I loved the amount of info found on website. We did a LOT of research on the trees we wanted to plant in our front yard. We're happy with the selection offered on FGT.com as well, but after spending the amount of money, we were a little taken aback when we walked into the local big box store and found the exact same trees for half the price and three times the size we purchased here. Now granted we are paying for quality here and we totally understand that, it still stung quite a bit. Now all that being said... when the order arrived we were one tree short so I contacted customer service, they quickly fixed the order and we had the tree here within two days! It was so easy to place our order, super easy and the very friendly customer service was a welcome experience as well. We have planted all of our trees and are super excited to see them grow through the next few years. I can't wait to see them in the Spring with all the beautiful flowers to look at and to smell... it's the small things like that that make all of the hard work seem so easy and totally worth every single blister, splinter and sore shoulders, doesn't it!?
I will highly recommend FGT.com in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

A couple of trees were smaller than expected, I envisioned something different, the description of it was not there. So it was left to my imagination. But for the most part it was good, the shipping is not your problem, but one of the boxes was set on my porch upside down, thankfully only some small breaks and still looked full and green. And my son was home that it didn't stay that way for a long time.
I ordered (3) 5'-6' Thuja Green Giants and they arrived in great shape. They were packed with careful attention so that they couldn't be knocked out of the pots during shipping. I also ordered (7) 1'-2' foot Thujas and they did less well in the shipping process but I think they will be ok.
I am planting them for privacy and noise control so I can't wait to see how quickly they grow.
Still waiting. Trying to be patient. But the weather is not cooperating anyway.

I am very happy with the multiple plants purchased. They came within days, great packaging & customer service when I called with a question about my new magnolia.
While overall experience was very good, I would like to know the exact kind of fruits to be expected on fruit cocktail tree. Which peach, plum, apricot, etc.

All the tracking #s show delivered but Im still missing two birch trees and 2 American holly bushes.
Plus I didnt receive my 5 tree root fertilizer.
Some plants look great. Some are disappointing. Love my Meyers lemon bush. Got a little mangled in shipping, new growth looks a little sick... but it has lots of flowers and smells wonderful. The clementine is so so. Came with suckers at the bottom. The tree has a little leaf action at the top but no real branching and zero flowers. The pineberry came crushed with a few little leaves. It really hasnt grown much. My everberry start for 3.00 is now twice its size. Disappointing for such an expensive plant. My fig is still dormant so we shall see. Expensive for two little sprigs sticking out of the dirt.
The trees I wanted weren't available locally, not without dealing with some sort of special order. Fast Growing trees is so much easier, and send right to your door.
If it were not for great customer service, I would be extremely dissatisfied. Fast growing trees advertises trees arrive with root balls, not bare root. Two of the trees were bare root in a burlap bag. Trees also very small for price, not great condition. One of them definitely dead. FGT shipped a Magnolia but overall, I will not do business again.
Initially I gave a poor review because I received no email confirmation and after several weeks no tree. But it did finally arrive in good condition so we will see how it goes.
