Tree arrives in good condition, but a few of the leaves have black on the edges, some yellow spots, and several have holes in the leaves. Don't know if this means it has pests, or a disease. I will wait to see if it get worse before contacting the company for a replacement or refund.
Trees were shipped across country, but FedEx tracking was integrated with Fast Growing Trees web making following transport simple. Concern about discolored tips of pine trees was addressed and a promise to keep the file open was reassuring.
Always send healthy plants... also they stand by their product. Have been purchasing for a couple of years. Have given plants as christmas gifts.
Both web site order and the communication after were normal. Kept receiving notifications to grade the service before the product arrive in my house.
I received my trees in great condition. We ordered the fruit cocktail tree, and it came much bigger than I expected. I liked how they labeled each branch for us so we could determine which branch produced what. This is our second time ordering trees from Fast -growing trees but our first time ordering fruit trees. We are super excited.
Arrived on time... So far so good... Looking forward to observing the promised 1-2 feet annual growth

I have ordered a few other trees. I also ordered the fruit cocktail tree. The trees came beautifully packaged. The costumer service is great.
Trees are great and doing well but unable to get through to you guys frustrated me that I could not recommend you guys, such ashame. And I was looking forward to ordering 2 plums and 4 peaches but I think I'll wait for lows.
The trees came well packaged. We got another frost, so for the moment they're in pots and not the ground, so we will see how they transfer to the ground once we get some warmth.

Trees arrived well packaged and in healthy condition. They are already showing new growth and it's been a week. I am confident in the level of service and will buy again.
Product arrived as advertised. Shipping container protected plants. Potting soil and root enhancer completed planting experience.
Ordered a weeping willow and Hass avocado. Willow has sunburn over half it's twig of a trunk. Bought another willow from a big box stores that is twice the height and 4x the trunk thickness for 1/2 the price. The avocado's root stock was allowed to grow another stem and has been Frost bitten. Both stems are growing into each other. There's only 1 leaf on the Hass graft so I hesitate to prune the stem from the root stock. It's also flowering.
Never purchased on-line before. Can't believe it came fed-ex and is awesome. No damage in transit, outstanding quality tree, excellent communication with grower.
Future purchases. I am very satisfied with my first purchase and look forward to continuing with Trees.
Plants were shipped wrong. One pair of Kiwi ordered yet comes 2 sets of mini plants? Don't quite understand. Packing was lose with dirt all over the box. Very disappointed.
I had no problems at all with the company. I had trouble with FedEx not delivering on time.

The website was easy to navigate. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I called later to add an additional plant to my order. The plants came very securely shipped in a reinforced cardboard box and their pots were covered in a plastic bag to keep the soil in. My plants were healthy and already putting out new leaves. I planted them last weekend and they're still alive, so I'm hoping for some blueberries (and maybe limes?) later this summer.
