Leland Cypress I received were like twigs. They were 3 feet tall if I stretched them. They were 1 branch smaller than a pencil. I paid $40 each. I recently bought ones that were a foot taller and 3 times bigger (fuller) at Home Depot for $49. I feel like I got ripped off from Fast Growing Trees. I called and complained and they gave me some scripted response. See picture. The One on the left came from Fast Growing Trees for $40 and the one on the right was Home Depot for $49.
Everything about my purchase went very well. The lemon tree looks very healthy and has already started to bloom.
I placed an order on March 12th that was shipped on the 13th in two separate FedEx boxes. Then I realized I had forgotten to get a pollinator for one tree, so I placed another order on March 14th that shipped on the 15th. The first box arrived on the 16th with no issues, but the 2nd half of the order didn't arrive, nor did the second order. From then until the 27th, FedEx kept insisting that our address was incorrect and the packages were undeliverable. I called Fast Growing. Trees twice to see if they could put some pressure on, but they just kept telling me to be patient. Finally, on the 28th, I insisted on a replacement, which I received. My issue is that they wouldn't even listen to my concerns. They should look into changing shippers. Their drivers wouldn't even make the effort to try and find our address. UPS and USPS finds up every day. I don't believe FedEx even cared that they were killing live trees in their negligence.
Incidentally, I'm reserving judgement on the trees. The hazelnut trees I ordered arrived as 3 foot long sticks with no branches or leaves. The apple and cherry trees arrived in good condition and seem healthy.
I received an email on March 28, saying that my lemon tree had shipped but when I track the package it appears as though it hasn't even left the facility, here is part of that email Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Ordered 5 of these 2 years ago and was amazed at how quickly they grew!
Tried transplanting two of them after only one year and that was a little too soon, so I just ordered two more so that I can fill out a hedge on the side of my house. Very impressed with these trees!
I like this company. Overall nice product and always great customer service. As a rule its worth paying s little bit more. My only negative is that one of an order of two of the same product will be obviously younger or smaller than the other. Customer service is top notch.
I have ordered 3 Laurel bushes and 1 American sycamore from fast growing trees. These plants were hard to find at my local nurseries. All four plants came quickly and healthy. They were also packaged well and were in perfect shape. I will do all of my ordering from this site and refer to friends and family!
Was expecting a bigger tree with maybe leaves or some life to it. But I felt like I just got a stick.
Good buying exoerience, I have purchased Manny, many trees here. I read the reviews of other buyers and isometimes wish the trees sent to me were in just a litt better shape and size. Overall am happy with Fast growing. For iwill continue to check on size and condition of trees shipped to me.

Nurseries provide 1 year warranty for their trees. I purchased 2 "Cold Hardy" avocado trees that promptly died. I do not live in a zone that could be considered marginal for their growth and all of my other trees are fine.
When contacted, they let me know that they don't back their trees. You have to purchase an insurance policy for them. I suggest that you try Willis, Stark or Gurney's. All three are good proprieters who back their products.
I bought two apple trees and a pear tree. Delivery was prompt and what I asked for. After three weeks, all three trees are thriving nicely. I was worried about one of the trees due to a very small root ball, even for a sapling, but it seems that it hasn't slowed it down at all.
The tree was fine when delivered. A Meyer lemon. Paid $59.00 + $20.00 shipping. After I ordered it I saw a Meyer lemon tree at a Lowes in Marianne Fl, for only $39.00 and was bigger and already in a nice yellow large pot. With the cost of a pot and soil, I have $95.00 total cost purchasing this tree.$50.00 more than if I had just purchased it from Lowes.
Ordered a Hong Kong Orchid tree, coat $49.00. Was not expecting large tree but what I got was a small branch. Total Rip Off!
It was so easy ordering tree from fast growing trees. The tree is perfect size for my room size. Great price and perfect healthy tree. I would defiantly order again from them.

Won't buy here agian it's taken forever to get them called and said waiting on weather I don't want to plant them when it's 100 out
Ordered a smaller tree I could plant myself. Appeared healthy not growing yet order arrived timely manner and is as I expected. In a few months Ill know how it grows
