I was given a credit for a tree that was out of stock

I've ordered several times now, and overall I've been very happy with my purchases, so I keep coming back.
Partly it's the convenience, of course, but I also love the amount of explanation and help provided on the website and the plant listings, and the prices are competitive, and the customer support is incredibly helpful.
Plus my plants have been flourishing, which is the most important bit!

When building my shop in the mountains of NC, I bought flowering trees for a hill side. They are growing nicely. I'm now adding rose bushes along the bank of a year-round creek that I own along the entrance road to our community. I'm the only neighbor to take care of both sides of the 1/4-mile entrance.

Good packaging but I ordered a tree on sale for $73 and was charged $91. Customer service would not help me. I seriously considered not buying from your company again because of the way I was treated

Customer service needs to log issues very clearly and detailed.

I ordered 40 trees on sale May 2025 but at the time wasn't able to delay the order shipment date until I had prepared the planting site. Many of the trees weren't planted immediately and 10 ended up dying even though I followed and exceeded the planting and watering schedule. I understand that you can adjust the delivery schedule on the FGT website now so hopefully my issue won't happen again for any future purchases.

I ordered 2 blueberry bushes from Home Depot earlier this year. They were from your company. They arrived in perfect condition as you take care in your packaging process. I have had excellent luck with growing them in containers on my back patio. I already have blueberries ripening on my bushes that are just a few months old. I will continue to order from you as it shows you take pride in your plants.

Tree arrived on time as stated right species of tree. Tree is now in the ground and thriving two years later.

I ordered a 4 -1 plum and it came in great condition, but, my only concern is that from my own research the toka plum variety may not cross pollinate the brook gold plum variety due to the possibility that their bloom times may not overlap. I won't know until next year and my fear is that I really got a 3 - 1 plum because the brook gold plum is not self pollinating and it requires another Japanese plum to pollinate it with a similar bloom time. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the tree. It's been 3 months and it has tons of new growth. I'd be interested if you guys would start selling scion wood for grafting.
