The tree i ordered last was not full or healthy and took a long time to get healthy with care. Hoping this time around is different
I honestly would have a rave review if half the plants were not dead on arrival or not spilled from their pots and the other not died within two weeks of planting. I would be perfectly happy to have received a giftcard to spend the money I had already spent as I please. No issue would exist.

Tree was shipped upside down in the box so when I received it, outside arrows were upside down, tree matched that but it made the delivery deliver it upside down.
I love FGT! They are always on time, have a great selection and I can find out the information on my new plants easily if I need it. Up until this last order of juniper, I have never had anything with a blemish. Sometimes I think the shippers play soccer with the boxes, but the plants are packaged well and have done fine.
I am very pleased with how well customer service handled my issues.
Purchased approximately 20 Thuja Green Giants. 2 died within the first year and were replaced quickly without hassle.
Hopeful this one makes it to grow, I had problems with the last tree sent the next day leaves curled dried out & dropped right away even with struck instructions from you

Trees arrived on time... ordered 1-2 foot Arizona Cypress -- all trees were 2 feet or taller and healthy.

Top of box was the bottom. When I opened the box it fell on its to and broke 3 branches. 1 branch remains on my crepe Myrtle tree but I planted it anyway

I thought our last order was shorted because it stated it would be delivered in 2 separate packages. We received 2 packages but we were still short on the plants we ordered. I called Fast Growing Trees and they were going to ship out the plants we did not receive. But, within a couple of hours after calling we received a 3rd package with had the rest of our plants. I called Fast Growing Trees back and told them not to ship the order because I received my missing plants just now. But, they were awesome when it came to making everything right! Thank you

Fiddle leaf fig 5-6' in height was delivered back in June. When it arrived, it had lost 4 healthy leaves, has significant signs of stress on the existing leaves. Lots of curling, crispy edges that I had to remove which were full, large leaves.
