This is my first time ordering from FastGrowingTrees.com and the experience has been very positive. The web site is well-organized and has good search and filter features. The layout of the information about each item is logical and the data seems to be accurate. The ordering process was quite simple and straightforward. Once ordered, there were notifications about when the items would ship. Lastly, when they arrived, they were in great shape. No spilled dirt, crushed packaging, broken branches. They looked just as good as if I had gone to the nursery and picked them out. All have now been planted and are looking good so far (despite LOTS of April showers and heavy winds that come from living on the Massachusetts coast!).
The trees arrived in good condition. However, one of the branches of the 5 in 1 apple trees has not out put any leaves yet. It looks alive so far, but am keeping an eye on it.
We have planted them and the buds are forming for blooms. The foliage is very pretty and so far they are doing fine in Albuquerque. We are looking forward to seeing them blooming.
I ordered two 4.5' tall black bamboo plants and they arrived perfectly on time for the new shoots to spring up over 8'. Very happy plants
They were shippped quickly and packaged well. Planted 2 days later they are already growing nicely and it's only been about 2 months. Great addition to my backyard
Very well organized delivery and plants in good condition
Beautiful trees arrived in great condition. Smooth experience!
Tree came in great shape having hard time adjusting to soil in my years. Leaves purple and pale
Tree only lived for a week after delivery. Still waiting on response from them to replace it. But they are only dealing with people through email and I still haven't heard from anyone.
We bought 3 trees from here. They have us great guidance on various trees that would fit the different areas we needed them. Very helpful and knowledgeable
Arrived when promised and trees were well protected.
I purchased a tree form them and spent $100 and they sent me a dead tree. Attempted to get it replaced and they said the tree that I purchased was out of my growing area so they would not warranty it. Apparently this company unloads there dead trees on unsuspecting customers that buy a tree outside the growing area.
We have reached out privately to assist with this. We're so sorry that the tree arrived in poor condition!
So I purchased an apple tree for $140, a cherry for $130 and a magnolia plant for $30. I also purchased insurance for all these plants. When I received them I was a little disappointed in the size as they said that they were large trees. They were smaller than the ones you can get at Home Depot for $29.95! Nevertheless I planted them according to their instructions and hopped for the best. With in a year the cherry and the magnolia were dead. So I took a picture and sent it for my insurance. I got a reply after a couple of email saying that I will receive my insurance in the form of gift cards and to wait for this email. It never came. Sometime goes by and the apple tree dies but it's past warranty so I eat that $140. In the meantime I purchased 2 apple trees from Home Depot which are thriving! So come the beginning of this year and my husband is eager to get some new items for the garden and I remember that I never got that so called gift cards from Fast growing trees. So I send them an email and they reply sending me the gift cards. The next day my husband tries to check out only to find that the gift card codes expired at the end of March 6 days after they sent them to me for the first time! So I contacted customer service as said that they were expired and they replied that they expired a year from issuing them. So they were issued but never sent and as a result I never got them but that doesn't matter to them because they were issued... I suppose me being psychic I should have known and acted accordingly. So I replied stating I would never buy from them again and write a horrible review for the way I was treated and then they had the audacity to send me a review survey for how I would rate my customer satisfaction. I mean really! So after reading other negative reviews I realized that I should have never bought from them in the first place. So take my advice and learn from my hard learnt lesson, DO NOT BUY FROM FAST GROWING TREES! Their trees are crap! And your chances of loosing you $$$$$ is great even with their so called insurance!
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We have reached out privately to assist with this matter.
Ordered 40 giant Thuja trees plants arrived on time, planted them the day they arrived now 2 weeks later most are dead or about dead followed there instructions precisely. Now magically no one answers and can't get help
Never again shame on me for not staying local

I bought a fruit tree from them over a year ago and it died no matter what i did and I have a lot of fruit trees doing very well.it took awhile but they finally gave me credit for the loss but i had bought warrenty not like homedepo or lowes where the year warranty is free also you still have to pay for next shipping. Well I got another fruit tree bought warranty again tree died.So after about 2 weeks back and forth there going to give me a credit so i still have to get something else and pay shipping I guess this goes on till you have nothing and they have all youre money nice scam.

Thanks a lot for these fastgrowing trees. I bought a few for my garden. Maybe later I'll take some photos for you.
I bought a tree from this company and took the warranty with the purchase, just in case. We planted the tree, and followed the tips and instructions provided. That was in October 2019. Although we had a mild winter, I was not happy with how the tree looked. Once March came and other shrubs on our property began to wake up, the new tree remained dormant and appeared dead. I called the company to ask about the warranty. The representative explained the procedure for obtaining a refund under the warranty, which I completed all steps and sent it in. I received an email back saying this:
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your difficulties with accessing your account, our apologies for the troubles. We have sent you an invite via email to access your account. This way you can see purchase history as well as have the auto fill option for your bill to/ship to addresses at the time of checkout.
Then I received an email asking me to respond and tell them what I thought about the customer service. I decided to wait on that since I have not yet been satisfied.
I then received an email with a link to "access my account". First of all, I don't have an account with them, but I clicked on the link and it let me to a page that said "this page does not exist".
Well, this went on several times. I wrote back and explained the link did not take me to my account but in fact to a page that doesn't exist. So then you can repeat the above... I got another email of apology saying the same thing, followed by an email with a link that goes nowhere.
I even filed a complaint with BBB and they told BBB they were reaching out to me directly, which they did, again repeating the same two emails.
So weeks later, I still don't have a replacement tree or my money back! One email told me they would credit my card used to make the original purchase - needless to say that did not happen either.
So I am beside myself and can only hope this company is put out of business for selling warranties having absolutely no value!
We're so sorry about the issues you experienced with your order! We have since refunded the cost of your tree
I purchased my Areca Palm on 4/5/20 and received it shortly after. Today on 4/26/20 I had to repot it with new soil because there were maggots in the soil it came in. I was a little disappointed.
Purchased a fruit cocktail tree, 2 types of fruit from fast growing trees. The trees never produced fruit. I called, emailed the company and explained the situation. The tree only grows, no fruit. We requested a refund and never received one. Do not buy free trees from fast growing trees
I paid $400 for a tree... and at the time of purchase I was told I would have a shipping confirmation within 7 days... 11 days later I called to find out what is happening... I was put on hold for 20 minutes only be to told they had no idea what was happening and would get back to me. No response back So I sent an email inquiring what is happening. I got a reply apologizing for the delay and would be receiving a shipping confirmation shortly... 4 days later I still had not received anything... I had to stop payment with the credit card company and cancel the order
We're sorry for the delayed response! It looks like the tree has been replaced. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns!
