I do not want to give fast growing trees a bad review they were easy to work with, my problem is with Fed x. They turned the box on it's end and the branches of my cherry were broken Not sure it will make it. They also delivered it a day late.

Need to support your customers
July 5, 2020

I have been bought from you several trees like 1000$. When you sell you the trees they are saying going to have fruit, quality cutting crafts ect. Now if one of your trees that arrived is just a stick(apricot) and planned the saMe time with others and after 3 months is still a dry stick. When a customer contacts you and send you a picture with emails back and forth for a month... After all this you can not just stay you need to purchase a warranty in order to get your money back. Either you honor your dry tree sending another one or just say we don't refund people once we screw them... Avoid the time waste... Stay safe... AAA almost forgot, most of the home depot have apricot trees with lots of fresh fruit on it for HALF OF THE PRICE... fastgrowingtrees company

Banana tree
June 5, 2020

The tree was healthy and can't wait to get bananas. The only thing was that the box the tree was in was smashed. The tree however was not harmed so all is good.

Dying Tree
July 5, 2020

When the tree arrived all the leaves had fallen off in the box. I planted it the day after arrival and 2 weeks later it looks like it will probably die.

Not sure
July 5, 2020

Trees arrived in secure packaging but due to the record heat the leaves were all dried and scriviled up and were falling off. I planted them right away but now they are nothing but sticks without any leaves. I dont think they are alive, but only time will tell. I like FGT a lot, but in this case I think it was too hot to be shipping these young trees.

Ordered from them in the fall and everything was fine. One tree died but that was replaced. Next order came with damaged roots, sickly looking trees, no leaves. Three dropped the leaves in days. No response to emails, they took their phone number down, and are not even answering questions about the warranty.

Finally someone contacted me (see below) and gave me store credit for the dead trees. I appreciate them doing this but it was months late and I am still worried that the quality of the plants may not have improved. But at least someone tried. I will update this again when I reorder,

Shipping was not good on the plant
July 4, 2020

Basically I paid $70 to receive a plant with 2 leaves. It looks horrible after the 3 days of travel to my apartment but hopefully by next year I will have a beautiful plant. With that said, I can not recommend buying from them but I'm giving them 2 stars because at least the plant is alive.

Mangled Plants after shipping
July 4, 2020

I ordered a number of plants and one tree. They all arrived together. The money tree was so banged up. I still don't know if it will survive. One of the roots/limbs is also rotten, so not sure how that will affect its survival. Our first experience with FGT was great which is why we ordered again. This second time I'm not impressed.

Trees
June 4, 2020

I purchased two trees, a Haas avocado and an almond tree. There was a delay in the shipping due to Covid-19, which I understand.
They arrived healthy and the soil was still moist.
The avocado tree is healthy and the almond tree is
Hanging on by a thread, most of the leaves are in fragile condition or have fallen off.
It was planted immediately into a large terra cotta pot with good soil, full sun, and lots of water.
It even had a yellow blossom on it.
Really praying it makes it. I have 30 days in case it doesn't. Thx again

AWFUL
July 4, 2020

Terrible - 6 weeks for delivery. When we got boxes unpacked we thought OMG, THIS is what $900 of trees looks like! One of trees was broken in half, but the crepe myrtles were the worst, two of the three were TINY, just a few inches tall one was $60 and the other $90, NINETY dollars for a bush less than a foot tall, and the $25 citronella was even smaller and sickly. The third crepe myrtle was about 2 feet tall ($90), it fit in well with some similar bushes we bought at Lowe's for TWENTY dollars during the SIX WEEKS we waited for our order.

Scrawny little pink dogwood
July 4, 2020

I ordered a 3/4 foot pink dogwood. The scrawny little tree came in a box that was too small for the height of the tree and the first 10 inches or so of the tree was bent over in the box. When I took it out of the box I had to cut off the top half of it because the little limbs were broken. I was going to plant this in my front yard but I can't because I'm so embarrassed the way it looks. It looks like it would take three or four years just to grow to a decent height? I feel like I just threw away $99.
