Ordered and received the 2 vanilla beans plants.
From the two plant received
One had the vine attached to a stick, wrap in plastic meticulously lock with a zip line
The order had not he plant loose no stick with a zip line not close
When I open the box the second plant I described above was out of the pot, soil was all over the bag...
I am trying my best to save the plant...
Tried to call them more then once... free looked bad when we got it and not sure it's going to survive!

I've ordered twice now from fast growing trees and will order again and again. My orders were for trees and bushes and everything came extremely fast and healthy. My trees and bushes are flourishing after just a few weeks. Customer service was great when I ordered the wrong tree and when one crape myrtle came broken. Everything was replaced without a hassle. I'm new to my area so don't have any friends yet but will recommend Fast growing trees to anyone.
I ordered 3 trees and I called customer service 3 weeks later they told me that one of the trees was on back order and didn't have a ship date. I asked them to ship the other two and they said that that they were on back order also and had no idea when they would come in. I canceled my order.
Fantastic work by fast-growing-trees.com and I recommend you guys all the time to many people and they are always impressed by the selection.

The plants were fine but was bombarded with marketing spam even after unsubscribing to what I didn't subscribe to in the first place

The box was delivered to my front porch. Even though the box clearly said which direction was to be upright, the box was standing on its end. Several of the plants had broken pieces on them. But they will be fine. I have ordered several times from Fast-Growing Trees.
Tree took over a week to ship from across the country. The tree arrived in life support. I have it in the ground now but it doesn't look like it will survive. Going to contact customer service soon.
My bananas are taller than I thought they'd be and have survived their transplant so far. Looking forward to enjoying watching them grow this summer!
I have purchased multiple items from Fast Growing Trees and as per normal: All is great. I have transplanted the Bon Fire Peach into a pot and it is alive and doing well. The blueberry is a little frazzled but shipping looked like it might have been rough but I expect everything to be fine. I have every confidence that if anything fails I will receive excellent customer service.

Due to the uncertainty revolving around delivery and supply dates these days, while a notice that they have shipped is helpful, a notice that they have arrived would be even more helpful. We are sprucing up this house to move to another. Who knows how long they have been sitting there once we came back to town.

I waited many weeks, to be expected with the covid. How ever, one Cherry tree was servely wilted upon arrival. The others looked ok, I have planted all three with mushroom mix, water, in great location. And all 3 wilted and look very poor, the one that was bad when it came I think it is going to die. I have many other small fruit trees I planted did not loose any of them. I do not know what is wrong with them or what todo. Not really happy, they look poor. And not sure any of them will live. The worse part is I tried many times to change my order and there was no live person to call, I ordered cherry trees, which I didnt know are toxic to horses, this is a horse farm so. I went a head and planted them I had already been charged. And waited 4 weeks. So. This is not to good. On another not, the Raspberry plants are good. And rest of my order was nice.
They are establishing well and look healthy. A beautiful green color!
One of my trees died after we got a sudden freeze after I planted it. The replacement they sent me is beautiful and doing well now.
One of my raspberries arrived noticeably less healthy than the other. (A willow hybrid tree seems fine). They're planted in the same spot. Five days since planting, one looks about to die, the other seems good.
