Trees arrived a month late. They were dried & everything in the pot was upturned. My fig tree was infested with ants. Extremely unhappy since I paid so much for these hoping they would be better than Home Depot.
The 10 trees that i did buy came in a box with them planted in a 3x3x4 container and they were dry as sand. I have done my best to make them survive by buying miracle grow, containers to make them stand up straight. I have 5 that have survive still this was 4 months ago that they were sent. Not happy with the service of delivery or the instructions.

I ordered a gift for my sister of what was supposed to be a beautiful apricot rose bush and she was sent a plant covered in black spot. After several contacts with customer service, she was sent another bush that was also diseased. They said they would refund 15% and told her to get a pesticide (for a fungus!). I asked for a store credit for when they had some healthy plants to send and I was only offered a 30% refund on a very expensive rose bush. I do not recommend this company.
Purchased over $3000. 00 trees and here are the facts.
The company has poor customer service team that are not properly trained, if and when an item is lost the proper steps are not in place, at time the representative will become rude and disrespectful and you will be hangup on.
There is no honesty and transparency with the inventory, they tell you that your tree is growing and will be shipped then next day they say it is out of stock, even that you have paid for it and you were promised to get your order, you won't.
The company will take its time to do a refund no matter of the circumstances, the actual manager and leadership team will not come to front line to discuss and resolve the issues you will be discussing your issues with inexperienced supervisors who have very little to no authority to make any decision but to receive the permission via messaging chat system, they will have your fund, your order has not been fulfilled and the customer is their mercy.
I strongly recommend that you look in the nursery around town, much better warranty and the transparency of the actual stock.
Unless you want to spend top dollar on practicing your skills of bringing plants back from the brink of death, do not order from them. They will not refund you and they do not stand by their products.
3 houseplants squished, broken leaves, yellow leaves, ill fitting pots - or none at all even though we paid for them- and scorched leaves. 1 plant didn't arrive at all.
We truly are sorry for the delayed response. I see the matter has been resolved. Please get back to us if you have additional questions!
4 Burning bush Came in mature over 4 feet tall. No leaves on mature, lower 3 feet. Need cut back and grown before can be used in my landscape
Paid 200$ and they are dying in their pots because I can not use them. Too late in the year to cut back. If I wanted sticks, I would have ordered dormant shrubs. They say nothing is wrong with them and will not work with me.
My trees arrived 1 is a total reject The box was in tact. The trees were well packed. I sent a contact email to them immediately (aug 26) using their contact us page on their website. Zero response.
"The 1 tree is not a good specimen.
In attached photo the tree has a crooked crown - it is not broken, it has grown that way. A skyrocket juniper is straight as an arrow, so this one is unacceptable.
My preference is to have it replaced by a better specimen that is growing straight. I will continue to water this one and keep in shady area until you collect it. "
Sent 2nd email 5 days later (also using their 'contact us' page on their website). Zero response! They then email me to write a review for their website. I write 0 star review and submit it (with info as above + photo). Zero response.
No emails recd. No phone messages recd. No texts recd. They have ignored me completely. I paid $240 for 2 skyrocket junipers and they ignore me. They are a rip off and should be investigated by the police for taking advantage of people online.
Both plants are dying even tho I water them and keep them in the shade. I want my money back and they can have their reject junipers back. But they just ignore complaints because they obviously don't care.
I'll NEVER buy from these unscrupulous people again. Buyer Beware.
We're so sorry to see how the Juniper 'Skyrocket' arrived! I do hope we can work together in providing the most desirable solution for you and your plants! We are reaching out privately to assist!
I ordered a Newport plum tree Wednesday, September 9,2020, expecting it to ship in 1-2 days as their website touts. The girl who took my order talked me into waiting to ship the following Monday, since "we wouldn't want the tree to be sitting somewhere over the weekend", her words. On Monday, since I hadn't yet received a shipping notification, I called them to see if they did in fact ship the tree. I spoke to a different person who immediately told me the tree was on backorder. When I expressed disappointment and told her the previous girl said it was shipping out Monday, she backtracked and said "Oh, it's shipping out today. Today is Thursday. I was told today by probably one of their more honest people that the tree did not pass quality inspection, meaning it's not good enough to ship out. But, my card was charged. I am disgusted they would have such poor business practices, and will never order again.

I ordered 4 different plants, (2 wisteria vines, a blueberry bush and a raspberry bush). None of them seem to be thriving! I have a wonderful garden with lots of different plants and bushes and they have all grown and sprouted. These are not. I'm really disappointed. Especially considering I spent more than I normally would have on plants.
They are struggling. Anyway I ordered 8 7 ft ones. We'll see if they do better.
Price and free shipping make it worthwhile. Tree was a little smaller than I expected and had a few dead leaves but a quick planting and fertilizer had new leaves sprouting in just a few days... overall happy with purchase.
I ordered three blue wonder spruce trees. I was pretty excited, the trees arrived quickly and I planted them all in a similar area under similar conditions. One of the trees died promptly after planting. I don't know if it was operator error or if they sent me a terminal tree. I was disappointed so I ordered a new tree from a different site, we'll see how that goes.
Packaged very nicely. Planning on buying more in the Spring
I order 2 weeping willows and one dogwood. Trees were delivered quickly and in good shape. As it is late in the year I paid for insurance but hoping they will make it through winter.
I hate to leave a negative review, but feel I should be honest. I ordered a 6-7' peach tree, three blueberry plants, one raspberry plant, and a tree planting kit and extra rocket root fertilizer. My order arrived without the tree planting kit and rocket root, and the contents of my delivery were in complete disarray (which I appreciate was largely out of FastGrowingTrees' control). For the peach tree and raspberry plant, soil was spilled out, containers were misshapen or dented, leaves were everywhere in the box or dead on the plant. I followed the instructions in the box, and I put in a service ticket immediately. When I received a response, my kit and rocket root replacements were sent out, but I was advised to wait and see about damaged tree and raspberry plant. I put in another ticket several days later for the completely dead raspberry plant. Each time I submitted a ticket, there were 3-4 days between my ticket and a response, and by the time I received the second response, they were out of raspberry replacements and I had to take a gift card. The peach tree is still struggling, though I have cared for it. I paid (a lot) extra for a mature tree and plants, with statements that they could fruit the first year. I do appreciate that resources are slimmer right now, due to the pandemic. But between the shape of my trees and plants for the amount I paid, and the proposed resolution, I feel frustrated and not really inclined to purchase again.
One tree was delivered completely out of its pot. One lost all its leaves in the first 3 weeks and I still have not received one. So very disappointed.
Fast delivery, plants looked good and a few weeks in have new growth.
My corn plant leaf stalks were leaning over heavily so that it was too top heavy to stand up by itself. A lot of the leaves were ripped and starting to turn brown. I had to cut off a bunch of leaves so it would stand up straight, the remaining leaves cycled through turning brown and now look much happier and perkier. Also had to wipe a bunch of residue off all the leaves so they could breathe. Not sure what happened with this plant, it's happy now, but it took a really long time and some work to get it there.
Shipping was delayed a little but 3 out of 4 hydrangias look like they should survive.
The 1 year guarantee will be useful if they dont.
Waited 3 weeks for my order. It never arrived. Fast trees wanted me to accept the order for the plants, even though it was inside a box for that long. They said it's not responsibility to ensure the box returns to them, even though I didn't receive it and it was at a usps store about 2 hours from where I live. Never ordering from them again. And don't recommend anyone to order from them.
We apologize for the delayed response! I see the matter has been resolved. Please reach back out if you have any other questions!
