I purchased an Areca Palm and it arrived sick and died in a couple of months. I used the warranty to replace the dead plant and the new Areca Palm arrived sick and died shortly thereafter.
Easy to order, good communication of my order's progress, safe and timely delivery to my gift recipient.
It was my first time ordering from an online grower so I was skeptical. But my husband and I are building our new home and have been looking for online growers for our landscape outdoors. I ordered this plant as a test to see how the plants were taken care of and how well they ship. Test passed! With covid, we will be happily ordering all of our future plants here. Giving a gift of a live plant is always a risk, but I took a chance and sent my mother-in-law one. She is very gifted with plant knowledge so I was stressed. I should not have been. It arrived a little later, but that was the carrier's fault. Plant arrived in perfect condition and even had fig buds growing. She was thrilled and I looked like an allstar. Great follow up and tracking. I would buy from here again without question.
I ordered an Anna Apple Tree, and she arrived on time and in tact. The tree is dormant (it's winter, so that is expected) and is not much to look at right now. In fact, she looks pretty sad and nearly leafless. We promptly planted her and will tend to her over the next few months with our fingers crossed that she is able to take root and thrive!
The tree arrived in great shape. Excellent method of shipping. I was happy. We are keeping it indoors for the remainder of the winter, then will get it in the ground in spring. 4-star is based on my experience with this purchase to date. We will see how spring and summer go.

The trees came in perfect condition, and packaged well. The delivery person should read the package, because on the box it does say "Do not stack" and it was stacked. Thankfully the trees were fine, and I am very happy and excited for my trees to grow! :)
Both trees arrived. Both have been planted according to instructions. Hopefully they will survive the winter.

I am impressed with the quality of the bushes I received-wish I had ordered more -the price was excellent. As well as the Company packed the bushes in a box container and had initially had secured them. However, they had come loose of their packing and many of the branches were broken. I did not report this to the company, because the shrubs seem to be doing fine.
Ordered a pricey laurel tree, which was pretty much dead on arrival. Haven't yet heard back from customer service.

Ordering and follow-up with delivery went well. I paid extra for a 6-7 ft tree. It arrived in good shape. I was a little disappointed in the trunk size for a tree this tall. It's about the size of my thumb at the base. I was expecting a little older tree for the price I paid.
I bought 2 bay laurel trees and was pleasantly surprised at how nice they looked when they came. I was worried as they were gifts, but they were fine when they arrived. I would orders from them again. Thank you very much!
