Very pleased!
February 19, 2021

I ordered the 1 gallon lemon Bush for a recently widowed friend living out of state. I wanted to send her something a little bit different to let her know l was thinking of her and that l hoped might bring her some enjoyment not just now but for a long time as it will, hopefully, continue to grow and bloom for years ahead. This was just perfect! It arrived within a few days of my order, too. She was very happy. She sent me a photo, and it is really very nice looking. This was my first order from fast growing trees. I ordered because of the other reviews and the photos that showed the plants were nice sized and healthy when they arrived. I am so glad I did. Thanks so much!

FEdEx is rough on living plants
February 19, 2021

I have no issue with Fast Growing Trees per se but if they can choose another shipping partner other than FedEx that would be welcomed. I ordered an ice cream banana tree in a 6 inch pot and it arrived so banged up because the FedEx delivery guys can't read "LAY FLAT" or FRAGILE. The package was delivered standing on it's head and so the poor leaves were broken (1) and brown. So sad. I hesitate to buy again because gorillas would show more care. Fast Growing Trees if you read this PLEASE go with DHL or UPS. The plant has survived but really... I was pretty upset. No wonder humans are surviving on this planet.

Beautiful and easy
February 18, 2021

I have ordered two plants through Fast Growing Trees and both experiences have been fantastic. My friends are delighted with how well their plants are doing—they really do grow quite quickly. The plants were in excellent condition when they arrived, and, as the gift giver, I really appreciate the clear communications I received about delivery times, etc. I'm so impressed that I plan on getting a plant present for myself in the near future.

No Gift Option
February 18, 2021

I bought the tree as a gift for a friend who lives in Florida. I am a UK resident and was disappointed that there was no option for a gift message. I had to email my friend to warn her it was on its way. I would have liked it to be a surprise.

3ft-4ft Limequat Tree
February 18, 2021

Due to the past winter weather, on 31st of January, 2021, I received my tree 3 days beyond the 1-2 day shipping rate.
I had a partially frozen tree, and the cold haven't yet reached the inner core/roots system.
After opened the box, the tree looked like a nursery reject, half of it's foliage was missing. I've throughly inspect it and it had a partially broken cross branch.
I emailed them and send 3 pictures, I was told to throughly water it, and wait 2-3 weeks after the February 2nd, 2021 date, to see if the tree has recovered.

Wrong date
February 18, 2021

I was given a date as to when my trees would arrive. We had made arrangements to have them planted. They arrived 10 weeks ahead of time and with several inches of snow on ground. After a call to FastGrowing Trees, they agreed to send me another order on the scheduled date. So hopefully I will receive my 10 trees at the end of March

Lychee Tree
February 18, 2021

I am always very happy with the service of the fast growing staff service even their price are kind of expensive and still we need to purchase a year warranty unlike other nursery stand behind their product come with one year warranty. The lychee I got it seems doesn't have any tree roots stick out yet. Picture taken send to them, ask me to wait once the tree die I let them know.? I even have a year warranty for my tree. I am not sure what should I do.

Beautiful meyer lemon and kishu mandarin tree.
February 18, 2021

I wanted to have a fruit tree for a long time but I wasn't sure if I should get one. The reasons, I lack the green thumb, I rent an apartment in NY and I am actually afraid of bugs... any bugs. Then I finally order my trees and a goji berry. The delivery was fast but Fedex made a mistake by delivering my trees across the street, on a different building. Hours passed and my package was nowhere to be found. I called customer service twice. The first time to let them know that my package was lost. The lady who answered my call was great and she told me to wait 24 hours. If my package didn't arrive by then, I should call them back and they would take care of the issue. The second time I called was to let them know that my neighbor (a lady I never met before) knocked on my door and asked for my name because there was a package on her building and it had my address. I said yes, that's me and I went to get my trees. They where leaning on the wall vertically. They are supposed to be flat on the floor. So I guess, a few leaves and a branch were damaged from that. The way my plants were packed, 5 stars! Or else, they could have suffered more. My trees where in good conditions. I notice my mandarin tree to have little black bugs in the container (a few days later, those things started flying) it could be from humidity and darkness during transportation. I don't know. My lemon tree was in the best shape. I couldn't find the main branch of my tree and it looked different than my mandarin tree. So I read the label and it said meyer lemon bush. I was like I don't want a bush, I want a tree. I was not happy about that but then I thought, anyways, I am getting same lemons in a different shape. I was not going request a tree because they may have made a mistake and send a different one (the page says they will replace if they make the mistake). They were both lemons. Then I realized that it was actually the correct item. Why? Because they have different pages for meyer lemon bush and meyer lemon tree but the meyer lemon tree page has both trees and bushes. I learned after I got my trees that they sell the meyer lemon tree by feet... and the bushes by quart or gallons. I saw on the page 1quart, 1 gallon and 2-3 feet trees. Etc. I believed that the gallon meant that the tree would have more roots! I couldn't understand the difference between feets and gallons on the items. It DOES say gallon bush on the item but I did believe they were calling bush to a very small tree. Silly me. The plants came with instructions and you can find more instructions of how to take care and transplant the plant on the website. I was supposed to wait 4 weeks before transplant but I waited a week only to transplant them. There was no change on any of my plants during the week. Some leaves dropped from my goji berry but the lemon and mandarin trees, they were the same. After a week of transplanting my lemon tree started to have new growth and flowers. Yes, i got the 1gallon bush* and it is flowering. The goji suffered the most and it has this green little bugs from day one(I think they are aphids). I didnt want to use any pesticides on my plants because they were already stressed with the delivery and the transplanting but those things were too many on my goji plant. I got neem tree oil and I am using that. It has been four weeks and my mandarin tree started to have new growth and one little flower (1-2 feet tree) that is the smallest tree they have it came in a 1 quart container. The goji was a 1 quart organic plant. Maybe that is why those little green bugs? I give 4 stars for that and I dont know if the goji berry will survive because I am still fighting with those little bugs. But I give my lemon and my mandarin trees 5 stars. Those are very strong plants.

Haven't received my order
February 18, 2021

I ordered a plant several weeks ago. It was promised within a week and a half. It has still not arrived. In the meantime I have gotten two different emails from this Sitejabber survey site asking me if I have received my plant yet. So I emailed FastGrowingTrees to ask where my plant was. That was a week ago and I have not received any response from FastGrowingTrees. This plant was not cheap, and I am growing more frustrated by the day.

Pretty good deal
February 17, 2021

I made two orders. The first order was for 2 banana plants and 2 avocado plants. The second order was for 6 banana plants. The first order sat in a FedEx bldg for a week before it was shipped out, the bananas looked pretty healthy, but one of the avocado plants was pretty barren and stripped of almost all foliage.
I used a promo code for the second order of 6 banana plants, and it was a pretty good deal. This second order arrived a lot quicker than the first one. The banana plants were vigorous and healthy when they arrived.
The $40 banana plants and the $60 banana plants were all the same size, so I'm not sure why they charge more for them.
