The tree that was delivered had brown leaves and just all around sickly looking. I'm trying to see if I can nurse it back to health, but I don't know if I can.
Lots of the dirt was in the box when I opened it. Two of the tree gallon plants had plastic wrapped around it but one had the plastic inside the pot with dirt everywhere.
We're so sorry to hear this but glad that we could make it right! Please let us know over the next few weeks if you have any issues with the plants and we'll be happy to help!
The "tree" (stick) arrived in a very long box. It was basically what I had expected. I also purchased the planting kit which came with the tree. I excitedly opened the box to find the specimen with the expected bagged root ball wrapped in plastic and the burlap "drop and grow" bag within.
Planting was straight forward; the kit contained a starter pouch of nutrients including beneficial fungi. The staking system was pretty whimpy: tiny stakes, thin black nylon twine (that I put flags on so people won't trip over them) and straps for the trunk. They had no way to stay halve way up the trunk as instructed as the little stick of a tree is too straight and slippery. I used some green gardening tape around the tree a few turns and it has held in place.
The included trunk protector was impossible to unravel around the trunk- like a "Slinky". I let it fall to the ground around the base of the tree for looks.
I am encouraged that by about the third day after planting, the 6 foot tall stick seemed to go from brown to a slight shade of green. I am try to keep the soil moist- not wet or dry.
I have hopes that it will grow into a beautiful tree?
I can't really say how my tree looks yet but it's in the ground. The shipping was perfect and on time!
The package was well protected and the trees were very healthy and unscathed from their journey. This wasn't my first purchase with FastGrowingTrees and it won't be the last!
I ordered 2 trees, one is ok the other not. I think next time when shipping please make some holes for the tree to breathe
From ordering them, to getting hem it was great. Fast and they shipped them in burlap and well taken care off. I ordered from another online place and was so disappointed, but not from Fast Growing, I just wished I could have gotten all my trees from them.
Experience was good... Tree was smaller than we expected and seems "weak" Putting it in better dirt to get it ready to plany in the spring
Plant was delivered in a great packaging. Reasonable time.
This was our second order from Fast Growing trees... 2 Goji berries and a Moringa tree before and 2 multi-fruit grafted trees now. I had a lot of hesitation before the first order because... large plants by mail from people you aren't really familiar with, in the middle of summer in Florida sounds like it might not turn out that good.
Instead, we were shocked at how healthy all three plants of our first order were. One box was damaged in shipment but it was packed so well the tree didn't care. The goji's already had some little berries on them, but the funny thing was they kept blooming out like nothing happened about a week after we got them. The moringa is amazing and never slows down.
To our last order, both trees were packed in the same box facing opposite directions. That sounds like a bad idea because one is going to be upside down at all times, but you can tell that they've been doing this for a while because the way it's packed they brace each other and are bagged in such a way that the roots don't notice.
In short, the trees were perfect, healthy, and already had tiny tiny leaf buds. It a couple of weeks since planting them now and they have started to leaf out a start flower buds. It's mid-February in the Florida panhandle and we just had a 17 degree night (one sudden freak cold snap), but the leaves look like nothing happened... not sure how they didn't get some damage, but they didn't.
Anyway, the only way we're ordering plants from anywhere else is if these guys don't have the plants we want. We couldn't be more satisfied and absolutely couldn't do as well at the local nursery (we wasted a lot of money trying).
They replaced a damaged tree( shipping) immediately and without question.
No issues, plants received were healthy and ready to grow
They arrived very healthy and were larger than I expected.
Bought a Fishtail Palm and when it arrived it looks nothing like the picture of what I expected to get. The plant in photos looks nice and full top to bottom, mine is two stalks with what looks like eaten and browned leaves. Was told to email customer service. Nichol replied with a very scripted response. I have emailed twice more to return plant and get a refund... crickets. I understand this is nature but when you promote your website to people that are not gardeners or landscapers you should represent product with photos to what the consumer will receive, not something that it MAY turn into in 5 years.
We're so sorry that your concerns were not properly handled. We're reaching back out so we can try to resolve this for you!

The trees looked great! Healthy, vibrant, but one got damaged by the packaging. The top broken off from compressed packing, a little bit larger box would have prevented this. I just received a Brodie Eastern Red Cedar today so hopefully it's undamaged!
Easy to reach by phone to answer questions. Everything so far delivered as promised. We will see if trees grow.
Ordered a variety of indoor plants. One plant was delivered in bad shape. Customer service was amazing and gave me a refund on the plant.
Overall experience of shopping and shipping was great. But the most important part which is the product was very unsatisfactory. The tree was damaged and ALOT of the leafs were cut, damaged, ripped.
It was a good experience! The protective packaging was good and nothing was damaged.
We are so sorry to hear how your tree arrived! It's possible that it got too cold in transit. We're reaching out to get some photos so we can see if it can bounce back!
