Ordered 5 trees got 4. Instead of refund, or correcting by sending replacement I get a gift card - with no correspondence

The plant literally just fell apart. What we have now is the roots and a few stems showing some promise. Nothing of the plant that arrived survived.

Plants arrived in good shape-healthy looking. The FedEx online delivery status was less than desirable.

I have purchased foliage in the past without issue, and the same with this purchase.

I received a tree, and the limbs were broken off, and the stick designed to stabilize it was broken. It also looked nothing like the pictures.

I ordered an avocado tree, cherry tree, pomegranate tree and two blueberry "bushes". The trees all arrived exactly as expected, well packaged and appear to be doing well so far. The blueberry "bushes" were not bushes at all but *tiny* vines and one of them appears to be dying/not very robust. I reached out to customer service about this weak little vine and they have assured me it will take root. I remain *very* skeptical based on its current trajectory.

Overall the product and experience was great. Only issue was with the shipping. The plants were shipped on their sides which left one of the broken at the top

Received a lime tree with a broken branch and they quickly replaced it. Everything else I've ordered has been great quality and healthy.

It was a quick and easy transaction. Delivery was perfect. The palm is gorgeous!

I was pleased with the tree but I did not like the fact that the root ball was in a burlap sack and 95% of the roots did not have dirt attached to them. It looked like a bare root tree and dirt was just added to the burlap sack, so I hope it takes or that is the reason why it doesn't make it.

I have purchased eight trees from you now. All have arrived as expected in great condition. All have thrived. I purchased a mimosa. No root system, no leaves, just this 4 foot stick. My neighbors gave a chuckle but I knew better. Within just 3 days of receiving the tree and planting it in the ground, it already has little green growth all over it. That a good tree. That's a healthy tree. It's been my experience with all of the trees I have purchased.

Tree was packaged poorly. It was almost broken in two when it finally got here. Very dry also. Slow shipping and they gut you on shipping charges. I paid a LOT of money for basically a stick that had a few toots on it. IDK if it will live or not. Not impressed. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered 3 trees. Weeping willow is doing OK so far, peach tree looks great. Magnolia tree came as a stick in the dirt and still looks that way. It's only been 3 weeks but I've yet to see any hint of growth. I'll give it a little bit more but it may be a dud

Loving my indoor plants. The citrus, snake plant and the large leaf plants are all doing great. The olive tree is shedding a lot. But hoping that this is an acclamation process.

The plants arrived well packaged and looked healthy right out of the box. Having used mail order plants before, I was pleased at the quality on arrival.

Great communication. Plants were in great condition and there well packed.

Took two weeks to get a pear tree and it seem like that are pretty dead when the arrived. We'll see if they survive.
