Everything was much smaller and closer to death than I hoped. I ended up going to a big box store to buy more plants and flowers; all the big box stuff looks 10 times better.

It took 2 weeks instead of one week for the tree to arrive. Everything was in good condition. I was not happy with how the tree had been pruned/trimmed. The branches toward the outside of the tree were pruned away. That left the branches toward the inside the tree to cross one another.

I experimented with this holly fern and hope that it will work at our Florida winter home. If it does I will
Add to it next year. It was delivered in very good shape and timely

I hope the trees thrive but seemed very small with small root balls. Expensive and will probably go local as I've seen bigger and fuller trees cheaper locally.

I wanted to spiff up my home with a few new plants and I liked the variety offered. They arrived healthy, in spite of one of the plants being turned upside down in shipment. They are doing well and look great!

Well packaged and trees were alive. Planted and waiting to see them grow. My second order has yet to arrive

I planted my tree and within a week it was dead. I am very upset that this happened. I will not purchase from them again. The tree was not cheap either. First time ordering from fast growing trees and very disappointed.

Ordered 2 trees. One seemed fine with new sprouts the other had a lot of leaves but they were all dried up. Planted both and hoping they take.

I ordered my tree the 1st week of April and have not received it. I assume that is because of the area nI live. I have not received any communication regarding the status of my order. I do check back on the confirmation and it only says being prepared for shipping. The reason for the low rating is because I have no product to rate.

I was very surprised to receive the bushes bareroot wrapped in burlap bag with mulch. One does not have leaves; hoping it is alive. Others are still drooping as their finer roots are not attached any longer. So hoping they bounce back. The bushes are spindly; hoping for the best.

It arrived quickly, was as described, and has been healthy since being planted. We're hoping to see new growth soon once the roots get going.

The tree arrived with two broken branches. Not entirely surprised since it was shipped after all. Was packed very well. I expected the tree to come with a few more branches and be more full (besides being broken) like it's pictured on the site but it's healthy and doing well so far. Pleased with my purchase.

We purchased 2 of the NE Plus Almond Tree 5-6 ft. As our first purchase. Having ordered from other sites, I am pleased to say that this has been the best experience we've had to date. Trees were packed well, were definitely the height advertised, with healthy green leaves. They are doing well and we are looking forward to many years of showy flowers and some day, almonds. Outstanding!

Product was great. It just took longer than expected to receive them.

The "tree" we received was basically a twig. It was quite sad looking. Just save your money and get a healthy looking tree from Home Depot.

I received a tree with all the growth broken off about a foot due to shipping multiple items in the package. Have written customer service 4 times with no response. My landscaping is set back a year and I recieved a dead stick much shorter than the tree I was suppose to receive?
