I ordered six fruit trees and two blackberry bushes. One very small clementine tree looked great. Two apple trees looked pretty ok (nothing to boast of), and three of them looked pretty pathetic (leaves shriveling). Of these three that weren't looking so great, the banana somewhat revived, but the other two (a peach and an apricot), look like they're dying. One blackberry bush so far seems ok, and the other one, which looked pretty dry upon arrival, hasn't revived yet. The apple trees look like they're in shock right now too (leaves shriveling, but not nearly as bad as the others). I haven't attempted to contact customer service yet, but I don't think I'll be ordering from these guys again any time soon.

Honestly, I was expected a more impressive tree. It was small, and younger than expected, and with the price I was paying, I probably could have saved money and time and just bought the same tree at a local nursery. If you like the convenience, then this site is for you.

I have ordered trees in the past and there is a 1 year warranty so when I ordered some decorative grasses I "assumed" the same thing held true. I planted the grasses right away, according to the directions. After several days it was apparent they weren't going to survive. I got online to discuss the issue and found out you only have 5 days to present the issues with the order.
Obviously my problem for not understanding the policy but $200 is a little steep for me to just write off.

Got 4 shrubs could not find locally. By time arrived were at tad dry and soil fell out of 2 pots. Not complaining. Just level setting. Seem to be recovering just fine from transplanting. I updated my email preference to once per week a week ago and still get way too many emails.

Package may have been delayed, but dogwood tree was all dried out and in bad shape. Planted same day but 2/3rds of leaves fell off. Is a nice sized tree, hope it makes it.

Most of the leaves on my plant were crispy when I received it. I talked to customer service and was told to give it some time. I think it will probably pull through, but I'll miss most of the summer's blooms while I wait.

I ordered 2 of the same variety of crabapple trees. I received them timely and both were in a burlap bag. I dug 2 holes according to the company's instructions. The last step was to water and mulch my trees. I then checked them ever 2 or 3 days and within a week they were both dead. I was shocked and immediately called the company. Turns out the company only has a 30 day warranty which I was within. They had a very poor replacement policy. The only way they would refund my money (approximately $180) is if I dug up both burlap bags with the dead trees and package them and mail them back at my own expense. He also stated that he would send me 2 replacement trees if I took pictures of each and again agree to pay the shipping (again)!

I ordered some bushes that came in just find and it only took about 4 days from when the order was placed.

Two trees per box, one broken nearly in half. I trimmed it back cleanly and it seems to be surviving, though what was supposed to be four feet tall is only slightly over two. Dirt in all four pots nearly completely spilled out, though trees seem to be okay. Don't think I will buy from here again

Plants arrived, they are somewhat smaller than what I expected, so I planted them.

I ordered 2 trees from Fast-growing trees and they arrived promptly but the box was opened and one of the trees was brown and dried out. The other was nice and healthy by the looks of it. We tried to nurse the dried out tree back to life enough to plant so we'll see.

The first tree I ordered came broken. They were more than willing to send me a replacement. The second one came quickly

The palms were beautiful but the shipper stood the boxes on end so they fell on top of one another. Luckily they weren't hurt but the box says fragile and do not stand on end. Need to talk to your shipper

I have ordered a few trees. Most of the them are great except one.

Packed well, arrived quickly and in very good condition.

Our apple trees and blueberry bush arrived in great condition. Looking forward to seeing their progress.

Trees arrived dry, no root ball, little to no vegetation or buds. I took pics of there arrival and unpacking. I did everything I could and got them in the ground immediately but I am sceptical weather they will make it or not. Arrived in very poor state.

I ordered 2 eucalyptus plants, however I never received them.

Good - Easy to order, quick turn around time. Products received in good condition. Really liked everything except for the Mulberry tree - would of expected bigger.
