First of all, my trees/plants did NOT arrive in 1-2 days. It was almost a week before my order was delivered. Secondly, when they arrived they were kind of beat up and all three of them had brown leaves on them and in the box. Certainly not what I was expecting. I planted my trees in large pots and watered them thoroughly. I've had them for about 2 weeks now and they are just starting to perk up and look healthy. Thank goodness I sprung for the plant guarantee because I'm afraid I may need it before the year is over.

Only complaint I have is the free Japanese Maple tree was so unhealthy, holes in leaves (all 3 of the leaves... ie not many leaves) Not even sure it will survive... but it was free and not why I ordered from you... should have just left out the sickly tree.

I received my trees so quickly and they were in beautiful shape.
I wanted citrus where citrus doesn't go, so online I went. The first trees I got were both badly damaged. The box was seemingly chucked on the front porch, and broken almost in half. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent out bad replacements. One we got has yellow leaves and was in arguably worse shape than the one that came the first time. The original order was later than I expected and the shipping info from FedEx was also wrong.

I did NOT receive my trees. U worked hard to prepare the sites and never get the trees delivered to my house. I requested for FGT to investigate the actual address that FedEx delivered the trees on May 9th, but have not gotten any answer yet as of May 27-2021.

Overall I had a great experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the palm was a little beat up in shipment (much of the soil spilled out and some of the leaves were crushed). However, the tree looks healthy and beautiful. Overall very pleased.
The trees came in good shape and well packed, fast delivery.
Deciding to order 30 trees through the mail was difficult. We were extremely pleased with the condition of our order when they arrived. FastGrowingTrees did a great job packaging them. We had two that were questionable to survive and their customer service was remarkable at quickly sending two more beautiful trees to replace them. My husband and I can't wait to see them grow throughout the years! We will return we future orders!
The trees came in excellent condition. After a week on the road... amazing! Very happy about the delivery of the 20 Thuja's.
The website didn't work with Chrome, which was frustrating. I couldn't access the cart to check out. Checked out in Safari fine. Plants that came were smaller than shown. OK for the price, but not as shown on the website. Some descriptions on the website weren't full enough for me to know that the item was plastic, for example (a pot that I assumed was clay).

I bought the 2-3 foot skyrocket junipers and they were bare, skinny saplings. An accurate photo would have been appreciated as these will take years to grow into the privacy I needed/expected when buying them.

I was a little hesitant when I saw 4 boxes on my porch, but everything was package secure, moist upon arrival and all green! Very satisfied and impressed with this business!
Purchased 6 trees & 4 large bushes. When trees were not up to par, was immediately taken care of & refunded!
Ordered a 1-gallon banana tree. Container is about quart sized. Tree is healthy and growing but it will take a year to get to where I thought it would be when it showed up.

Well, the tree arrived boxed up just fine. The tree however only has 11 half wilted leafs on it. It's not dead, but certainly not spring time healthy. I used my finger nail to scratch just beneath the surface, and the tree is green and moist. The best outcome I can hope for is that it will establish itself this year and be better off next spring. But for now, I have a 6' Charlie Brown style apricot tree.

We apologize for the confusion! Our orders ship out within 1-2 days but the amount of time spent in transit is going to depend on where you're at in relation to our nursery.
It typically takes a couple of week for a plant to recover from the stress of shipping but the plants should begin putting out lots of new growth and looking beautiful!
