I've sent 2 emailed to the customer service you provide in your website, asking for some concerns I had about 2 of my new plants I bought from FastGrowingTrees.com and I never heard them. I am very disappointed about that.

Purchasing was fine. Great on-line selection. I was happy with the kumquat tree. I was expecting taller Myrtle trees. They look more like shrubs. I cannot plant there where I was going to.

Tree was broken during shipment and died. So sad a lot of money for nothing!

FedEx was 8 days past when they should have delivered my trees. When they arrived, broken & yellow. Fast Growing Trees re-sent my order, this time it was great. Thank you.

Received a tree in a very bad shape because the soil wasn't packed around the roots properly. I thought it was just stress from shipping so I planted it anyway to give it a chance to come back to life. A few weeks later, the tree died completely. I contacted the company. And instead of sending me a replacement or refunding me, they blamed me for not contacting them earlier and wanted to issue me a partial store credit which is completely useless as they are out of stock of almost everything. At the end of the day, a bad experience could have been easily rectified if the customer service rep was courteous and had a professional attitude. But that wasn't the case at all! So he managed to make a bad experience exponentially worse.

Received my shipment quickly. Plants were I good shape. There was one plant missing from the shipment. Contacted the company and the missing plant was promptly shipped.

I ordered 10 evergreens and 1 patio peach tree. Peach tree seems to be doing fine. 2 of the evergreens seem to be dead. I planted them anyway in hopes they will recover but the green is more brown than green and it just crumble in your hand. Time will tell.

The shrub I ordered was 3-4' and barely reached 2.5'

I was really impressed with the quality of the trees I got. Also great customer service.

Sent these to my mother for mother's day. They were healthy, after being planted for a week they had buds and one even had a couple of small flowers.

The tree I received wasn't what I would have chosen. The trunk was only about 3" tall and the rest was the weeping branch. Not sure how I will get this to grow. I will never buy a tree online again, always in person from now on.

I called Customer services and I was told to email with pictures,, I did and I still waiting after a week, plants are the biggest disappointment, I got a beautiful tall hydrengea at the local supermarket for better price I paid with you and it it a tiny plant not as picture same with the bamboo tree one long stick some were cut no leaves, I paid a lot for a nice plant not for something is half way dead, I work with plants and flower and what I got we put it on the side, that's what I got deliver, I will like my money back

I bought two avocado trees. They arrived in poor shape. I was disappointed and told they would come back and to wait. They seem to be recovering, but I am past the warranty period. Would have preferred to receive them healthy and ready to grow.

Tree showed up carefully packaged and in great shape.

I purchased a Hass avocado tree and it came as a stick with 3 leaves. I planted it and have been watering it and all 3 leaves have fallen off. I'm not confident that it's going to live.

I was very excited to order a tree at a decent price. But, I was very disappointed with how small the tree was. I paid so much for shipping that it wasn't a deal at all.

I ordered 2 Meyer lemon trees. One already has new growth and some flowers. The other seems healthy but does not have any new growth or buds.
I'll wait and see how the second one does but might need to order a replacement.
