My mom is an experienced gardener. Her retired life is spent mothering her plants that span the inside of her home, her outside beds and her produce garden. Unfortunately, of the two products I purchased for her as a gift, one arrived in sad shape and died within 3 days of planting into the ground.

So my trees were received several days after they were supposed to have been sent out. When they came in they were badly damaged and in fact one never even made it to me. Without hesitation a new shipment was sent and came much quicker. The trees were in awesome shape and were pruned nicely and just a great size. Great service and great trees. I have been super impressed.

Ordered an Olive Tree and it was here in 2 days and in great shape. I ordered a lot from here and have always been happy.

I have ordered two tropical fruit trees so far. Although skeptical at first because I had never purchased any sort of plant or tree from an online vendor, but upon opening the boxes I was amazed to see such beautiful and healthy green foliage. My ruby guava came at least a foot taller than I expected. My mother couldn't believe I ordered these online and we're both amused at the fact they were in transit in a compact box for 9 days! I've since then repotted them in large wooden planters and I can't wait to watch them grow.

Two trees came quickly and seem happy and healthy.

All of my trees and plants were obviously treated roughly. All of them were dislodged from soil, leaves were dark and broken. We planted immediately and are now showing signs of coming out of shock.

Plants arrived quickly and were healthy and large. I was impressed.

Both my hydrangeas were delivered almost dead. Dont think they will survive am not ordering from here again

The shrubs came in amazing shape. I was nervous to buy them through the mail but I couldn't find any locally. I was so impressed when I opened all of the boxes and found the plants so healthy and happy looking.

I have an atrium/greenhouse powered with geothermal and passive solar. I am experimenting growing tropical fruit trees and plants year round.

I like them not sure how best to grow them though... I didn't get any instructions

I had two trees arrive damaged. I wrote it to the customer service department. They replaced both trees with no problem. Those two trees arrived in good condition. Thank you for making things right.

When plants came they were wilted. Waiting to see if they bounce back. We have ordered before 20 trees and they so far are doing ok. Spent a lot of money for these two trees so we will see.

My tree arrived with an injury to the trunk from shipping. I sent in a photo and they did not hesitate to replace the tree. The second one arrived in perfect condition!

Bought 3 plants and planted them 2 days later. It took a couple days but they started doing great.

I was very happy with my trees the size and packaging of the tree in pot.
