My trees all arrived in poor condition. One could tell they all had a nice covering of leaves at one time but having FED EX sit on the plants for over a week, mostly in a warehouse in Kent, WA, the trees dried and dropped most leaves. Twice they said they would deliver on a set day before 9 pm. Twice I made sure I waited for them but they never came. I tried to notify FEd Ex i would be out of town but they didn't respond and delivered on one of the hottest days on record without notification, while I was at my Dad's funeral. I have been trying to nurse the plants back since then. They are limping along. The dogwood may not make it.

I received 6 Emerald Green Arborvitae. They were in great condition, despite an extreme heatwave that was occurring in California at the time. The way they packaged the trees in boxes with enough moisture to survive transport is ingenious.
I always avoided buying larger plants online because of potential transportation issues, but will no longer hesitate... at least not with this company.

I ordered two tulip trees I'm almost dead and has died since the other one I think is going to pull through but doesn't have very many leaves so dissatisfied with those the forsythia are doing OK not really growing but holding their own

I had a small issue with the tree cultivar and the customer service was excellent.

Tree came very quickly! It was packed very well. I've planted it and am waiting patiently for lemons.

Ordered two of the same bush. Very different looks. One was very healthy, the other was bare. Better to hand select at the local store.

Very disappointed :( it took about 5 days to arrive instead 1-2 days the plants were dry and very sick looking plants with a dying look. Call customer service and we're not helpful at all. Very disappointed. I planted them anyway hopefully that they will survive. So far they are alive but very sick looking. Cross fingers.!

We ordered the Ruby supreme guava for my son. It showed up in great health and is doing really well. He loves the tree and we are excited to get fruit hopefully in the next year.

Arrived very safely boxed, quick and healthy. I will name him Carlton, after Alphonso Ribeiro. One day his leaves will dance under the sweet Iowa breeze and he will bear me much fruit.

My trees arrived in horrible condition with curled, burned, and dropped leaves. I called, emailed, messaged, and sent photos to Fast Growing Trees. The response was that this was normal and wait 3 weeks to see if they rebound. Please don't say you can ship healthy trees to my location and have them arrive in good condition if you actually can't. I paid $300. For two sticks. Because the sticks are still green, I am not being given a refund. Buyer Beware.

Requested a return of the damaged plants but no response

My Apple tree was delivered when promised and it was very healthy when it arrived.

Had trees in my area and was in sticker shock. I found the website, placed my order and received the
Trees in a few days. I would and have recommended this site to others.

I ordered a lemon tree and since I procrastinate I figured it would come after my moms birthday and not only was it shipped right out it came with days to spare and perfect condition. I will be ordering from Meyers again

I purchased a 5-foot Natchez Crape Myrtle, and when it arrived, it made me nervous that the root ball seemed pretty dry. I planted it promptly, hoping it would survive, but the 5-foot part did not. After 3 weeks of waiting for it to sprout leaves, a little shoot started growing from the original root ball. The 3 taller trunks are pretty dead.

Looking for fruit trees, I came across the Fastgrowingtrees site. The site was very user friendly. I was on vacation so I emailed to have the trees delayed for shipment a few days. They responded the same day and set up a delivery date a few days out. I later received emails that the trees were shipped. I appreciated the updates (great customer service). When the trees arrived I received 2 boxes with 2 trees in each box. The trees from the first box were just as beautiful as described online. The second box had beautiful trees also, but the box was damaged in shipping and the trees were broken. I contacted fastgrowingtrees right away via the phone and was instructed to take pictures and submit a claim in the website. I did this for both of the trees in the box. They agreed to replace them (their cost). Unfortunately, the second box was also damaged in shipping - one tree was broken. Again I called customer service. The kind representative, walked me through a claim on that tree. I was sent another tree (their cost) to replace the broken tree. Happily I received this tree in perfect condition. I was apprehensive at first to call on the second box that came damaged, but they were kind and helpful. I've had my trees now for a few weeks and they are thriving! There are new "shoots" of growth all over! The trees are very healthy! I highly recommend trees from fastgrowingtrees and I will purchase again!
