Trees were much shorter than what I paid for to begin with. I followed the instructions for planting. Now one of the trees is about to die.

I looked all over for Meyers lemon trees. FGT contacted me. I knew lt would take some time but they didn't tell me trees had to come from a Texas nursery. When the trees finally arrived they were really small. No lemons for a couple of years I guess.

I knew I was taking a chance with online plants, and basically it was a waste of money. The plants received were very disappointing.

The tree arrived in good time, and I was only mildly surprised to see that the tree reminded me of the Christmas tree that Charlie Brown always gets - just a stick with a few leaves and a clump of root dirt. I planted it as instructed and have watered it every day (it's a thirsty tree, they say), but it is getting browner and sicker looking. I hope it's just transplant shock that's taking longer than usual, but I don't see much hope for it to come back.

I had never ordered trees online, so i decided to give it a try. Fastgrowingtrees.com was the only vendor that had exactly what I wanted. A Jacaranda tree I had been wanting for the longest! Along the way, I also found a rose tree destined for my yard. The trees shipped out quickly, with prompt notification and clear tracking. I was very pleased at how well packaged they were when they arrived. Minimal loss of a few limbs, which is expected. I planted into the ground that same evening, since I was so excited. The trees are doing wonderful and it's been a couple of weeks now. The Jacaranda is steadily growing and opening up more and more. Thank you for the great service and the great trees! Would highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but will order from FGT again! I bought 2 autum blaze maples, 6-7' tall. They came in one box with one tree strapped to each end of the box. The carboard was heavy weight and arrived in good condition. The trees were in plastic containers, with a cardboard cover over the top of the soil and the whole container in a plastic bag. The straps were heavy duty and did not break or pull through the cardboard. The trees themseleves were in great shape, nice and green and looked very healthy.
I got them in the ground the next day, and they have been doing great. Still look healthy, although there was a few days of transplant shock. Didnt loose any leaves, just looked a bit droopy for a couple of days about 3-5 days after I transplanted them. They snapped out of it and look great. Will likely be ordering some more trees soon.

No one cares I think I my need to contact my credit card company to handle the problem

Was told 2 day delivery, and I received my tress a week later, the trees were so dry and bending over. Not seen much improvement since I have repotted them and been watering them. Not sure if I can get them back to a healthy growing state?

The website is easy to navigate for this old girl. The product came quickly and well packed and better quality than what I expected!

Plants were delivered very quick and looked amazing! They were also a lot bigger than I was expecting!

I have ordered a lot of trees and plants from this company. Everything has really doubled in size since March. Everything is growing and healthy.

The staff were easy to reach and very helpful and friendly - I had questions about the difference between the ad pucs and my two plants after transit. My fears were allayed! Both trees look great!
I will be buying more.

Terrible……. Waste of money… who sends trees in cardboard boxes via FedEx?

This is my first Purchase from this company. It was delivered on time and in great condition. Looking to buy a Little Miss Figgy, I hope it comes with fruit

The trees so far have been healthy and lived. Just planted Canadian Hemlocks but it is July, so I am hoping they make it. My fault if they don't.

I received the hydrangea I ordered in great condition and very fast. Great service and product.

Avoid these people… They are pathetic. They will only waste your time and they will gouge you for as much money as they can. Their bull$#*! discounts are only a way to lure you in… Bait and switch. They have no intention of actually offering you a discount, and if you attempt to communicate with him, you will be very sorry that you even tried because they do not respond and when they do, they are unhelpful and rude with no manners, etiquette, or professionalism. Some of their items are priced reasonably, but other items are extremely overpriced so I would be concerned that their reasonably priced plants are likely of low quality. And nothing about their trees are fast growing… That is false advertisement. These people are all mixed up… Do yourself a favor and stick to your local nursery. Screw these guys… Lesson learned. I'll never consider an online scheme like this ever again. But I will say, the third-party who process my cancellation and refund was very polite, sincere, and professional, but I definitely cannot say the same about anyone else I spoke to at the actual nursery. Furthermore, emailing them as a waste of time, and their chat option is a complete joke. I'm just so glad I learned this lesson without any consequence because I canceled my order right in time before it was too late, I will happily stick to my local nursery here in the great state of Texas where people have manners, honesty, and courtesy. I should've known from the start, any company that names themself "fast growing trees" is a company that cannot be trusted, and they proved that to me through and through. Three different individuals at the nursery failed miserably in my book; three out of three is enough for me.
