Purchased a meyers lemon gal bush for my sister as a birthday present. Shipped it a week prior and had plenty of time and was scheduled to be delivered by her birthday, which was a Thursday.
First it was delayed till Friday, and then last minute was rescheduled till Monday. I was very concerned that the bush would dry out and arrive wilted. So Friday I had to call her back and tell her it was delayed again and I had to TELL my sister what her gift was so she could track the package by her locally.
Fortunately when it arrived Monday it was okay and she is very pleased with the bush. But I was very disappointed she did not get to be surprised when she opened her gift.
Follow thru as described, over size shipping was a surprise because I thought shipping was include but overall very happy with Willy the willow
Two of the ten trees were nearly dead on delivery. Planted them and they are doing badly. The instructions for planting were rudimentary- the instructions for watering and care were non-existent
The plants arrived packaged in a box that looked like FedEx had thrown around and some limbs were broken. Box was clearly marked this end up and fragile etc. deducted one star for overall experience. But the purchase was easy and product is great.
I had 12 Baby Arborvitae trees I purchased just short of a year ago and called to use my purchased warranty. I quickly received a credit to my account and while I would rather have received replacements (because the price on these have gone up 300% since early last year).
Trees were shipped quickly and very well packaged. Ordered a Nectarine and 3 in 1 Apple tree. Planted trees two days after being received and seem to be doing well.
Arrived in sickly condition, I knew I couldn't put them in the ground that day, so I put them in a larger temp pot with miracle grow soil. Well... fast forward a week, and two are shriveling up and turning brown when I would expect them to flourish in a larger pot with nice soil.
We're sorry to hear that your plants are not doing well! We're reaching out privately to get some photos so we can get a better understanding of what may be going on!
2 of the 3 Citranilla plants I ordered were dead on arrival. The 3rd plant, I tried all the dead leaves, and kept it inside it's original container per the instructions, yet it too died within 4 days.
I ordered 4 Skip Laurels, two seem well, the other two came with shotgun holes in alot of the leaves.
I also ordered a Nellie Steven's.
It was a 1 gallon bucket, however, it literally looked like two stcks with leaves.
I ordered a small lilac Bush an I was really excited. However, it now has blight...
I sent an BBC email with pictures of the leaves and no one got back to me. I hope the lilac makes it.
The rodadendrons and green giants I ordered are doing well.
Not sure if I will order fro this site again.
I have always had plants/ trees that survive and thrive with FGT. Unlike the Tree Center, where I averaged a 50% loss of products over a year, my FGT experience has never had a negative.
Salesperson was very helpful. Product arrived undamaged and healthy.
Ordered a mimosa; supposed to be shipped 13 Jul. Still waiting.
We're very sorry to hear this! We're reaching out privately to help!
Looked everywhere for a chocolate mimosa tree! Out of stock or overpriced! They notified me as soon as they had one and I received it in good condition in a couple of days.
I ordered 3 different plants, 2 of each, D'Anjou pear, Seckel pear, Blue Moon honeyberry, Blue Velvet honeyberry, and 2 Goji's. Both pears suffered a great amount of travel shock, one's been replaced due to shipping damage (the packing straps cut into the box and broke branches), but is hanging on. Incredible customer support even helping to address my doubts. The Goji's also experienced some deep shock, didn't make it, and have also already been replaced. The 2 honeyberries are thriving from Day One. This company backs up their products to a fault. I won't order from anyone else!
Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. The plants arrived just as advertised, and are more beautiful than pictured. Sky Pencils are planted now & thriving nicely.
I paid $79 for a fig tree. It looks like a bush (three branches, no trunk. Couldn't get them to fix the problem.
My tree arrived very promptly. When you order be prepared for planting within a day or two. The only concern I had was partially my fault—I ordered the day before a holiday weekend and my plant sat in a truck or in a warehouse for a few days in July. It arrived very hot, but they packaged it exceptionally well and it's been very healthy so far.
Plant came broken-up and damaged. I still plant it hoping it will grow.
We're so sorry to hear how your plants arrived! We have sent a private message to get some photos so we can take a look and help out!
My lemon tree arrived and looks amazing, looking forward to planting more plants from Fast Growing Trees.
This is my third time buying tree from FastGrowingTree, in general, they are good at their words and promises, which is worth a ton for purchasing on line. I would do more business with them for sure in the future.
We are so sorry that 2 of your trees didn’t make it! We have reached out privately to help!
