I have made 2 separate tree purchases through Fast Growing Trees and could not be more satisfied. The first tree arrived in fine shape and took to planting beautifully. The second tree I purchased a month or so later. There was a problem at the transportation companies warehouse which held up my delivery. The delivery was delayed by approximately 1 1/2 weeks, in summer weather. I emailed Fast Growing Trees as I was concerned about the health of my tree in transit so much longer than expected. They contacted the transport company and got right back to me with a response. They assured me the tree would be replaced if needed. The tree arrived in very sad shape. I sent pictures to Fast Growing Trees. They encouraged me to plant the tree and give it some time to come back. It did not recover and in fact got worse over the next 2 weeks. I once again contacted Fast Growing Trees and they sent me a replacement tree immediately. It arrived in much better shape and is very happy in my backyard. I would have no qualms about ordering any plantings or trees from this company in the future. Friendly, speedy, responsible customer service.

I'm a passionate gardener and frequent my local nurseries often, just to window shop. I was very skeptical that a tree delivered from a long distance, in a box, and traveling over the course of a couple of days would be in even acceptable condition.

Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised! My little dogwood, currently unobtainable around where I live, arrived in perfect condition. Perfect. I removed it and allowed it to unfold from its relatively tight confines of the box, watered it and planted it two days later. It's thriving in its new home.

What an easy, efficient and pleasurable way to buy a tree. And how disappointing that my teeny, tiny yard cannot accommodate more. But, I can always browse -- and dream another garden -- can't I?

I've purchased from online nurseries before, and the experience was less than ideal with trees taking forever to get here in the heat, delivered separately because UPS accidently split up the shipping, etc. These trees shipped fast and got here in great condition, which was a welcome surprise. I had to call customer service about a coupon code and was happy reach someone who helped me right away. She also explained the warranty in detail. I'm really happy with this experience.

Shipping was prompt, packaging good. But the product I purchased—fertilizer/plant food kit for citrus trees—had confusing instructions printed on package. Some components were not labeled, and some packets contained less liquid than listed on label.

Someone always answered the phone right away. The product exceeded my anticipations/expectations. I had no idea what to expect ordering a tree online! Packaging was perfect. The tree looks great. I just need to get back on the website and figure out how to care for it before it gets put in the ground a week from today for a baby blessing.

Purchasing process was easy and quick. Received bushes within a matter of days. Plants were well packaged and appeared to be in very good condition. Planted them according to included instructions. At this point plants look good. Will do this again.

This was my first purchase from FGT. I got a one gallon yellow azalea. I expected a seedling barely clinging to life. What I got was a trimmed up, healthy plant with a flower bud on every branch tip, about 2' tall. And it shipped securely in a sturdy box.

It was I expected. The tree looked great (I ordered the Chicago Fig). It was delivered intact and it was fast. What more can you ask for.

Well, the truth is that of the three trees that we have received, one of them arrived completely dry and they sent us another and again it arrived with all leaves completely dry.
It is the Emperor Japanese Maple, I have not complained again because the first one they sent us is starting to sprout something. Although I do not think it cost 120 dollars for one of them or even for both of the ones that I received. Now I have to nurse a plant that might not survive

I ordered 2 crepe Myrtle plants at a premium price.
One of them arrived looking stressed so I quickly tried to plant it in the ground. While planting I discovered a huge colony of bugs that started crawling all around and infested the neighboring plants. Crepe Myrtle Roots were heavily infested.
I have to now get professional help to spray all the plants in my garden to keep them from getting infested.
When you pay a premium price you expect a premium product. I would suggest that your staff should examine the health of the plant including roots before shipping. I'm hoping this plant will revive to the TLC and organic fertilizers I'm putting in it but this has been quite an exhausting purchase experience

Kind voices and fast service dont add up to squat if the product is garbage. I will get back to you in a year or two, stay tuned

Trees came fast well packed and as described can't wait till spring to see the blooms would definitely buy here again

Plants arrived dead, was able to save part of one of the dragon fruit plants, but the other died and both blueberries were dead as well.

I paid a premium price for 3 fruit trees this spring and all three appear to finally be dead or almost dead. They were planted in good soil and watered when needed and never did send out new leaves. The 30 day warranty is useless on trees because unlike smaller plants it takes longer to know if they are going to take root and grow or die. I would never recommend buying trees from this place.

Plants arrived as by promised and in excellent condition. Dirt was properly protected to stay in the pots even on their side. Thanks

Over the years I have had a variety of different citrus plants... but never a kumquat. So I decided to order a kumquat tree from FastGrowingTrees.
